“I’m a writer who fell in love with rock and roll.”

Cadillac Solitario, El Ritmo del Garaje, La Mataré, En las Calles de Madrid, Autopista… Sabino Méndez’s song list is endless, each one better than the last.

We are undoubtedly talking about one of the greatest songwriters that Spanish-language rock has ever produced, and who, along with Loquillo y sus Trogloditas, has influenced several generations.

Awaiting his appointment as Minister of Public Health, he offers us a pure, sincere, and comprehensive interview revealing who he is and what he's like.

A true intellectual, a pleasure to listen to for all that one learns.

Click and enjoy as much as we did.
