Wow! Mr Jele you nailed it ke le context ye Baptism, injalo Kanye. Ndikuva kakuhle, may the Lord be with you with this information that you revealed by holy spirit.
Maybe you need to call these gentlemen seperatly and let them have their time cos it is clear to see here who is consuming more time, uninterrupted. Which is not fair on the other guest.
Yes, Jesus commands his followers to be baptized. In the Great Commission recorded in Matthew 28:19, Jesus instructs his disciples to go and make disciples of all nations, "baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit".
Following His Example: Jesus himself was baptized by John the Baptist in the Jordan River, setting a precedent for his followers.
In accordance with John the Baptist he was baptizing in Water for this following reason: John 1:31 (NLT) 3I didn't know he was the one, but when
God sent me to baptize with water, he
told me, 'When you see the Holy Spirit
descending and resting upon someone,
he is the one you are looking for. He is
the one who baptizes with the Holy
Spirit.
He then went further in verse 4
I saw this happen to Jesus, so I testify
that he is the Son of God. "
It seems John was baptizing so that " The son of God" maybe revealed to Israel.
