Question! In the video, the caption says "Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes" but then you said it baked at 300 for an 1 hour and 20 minutes but your recipe says bake at 300 for 60 minutes... which one is it?! Thank you :)

Just to double check: the instructions that pop up in the video say 350 degrees but you say (verbally) 300, which should we use?

I made this yesterday and put it in the fridge for about 12 hours. This is fantastic. My granddaughter graduates from high school Thursday and wants me to make it again for her graduation. My son, her father, said it is better that Cheesecake Factory. It really made me feel good. Thank you for giving this recipe to us.
