Molly and Billy both really gave bluegrass a shot in the arse when they really needed it!

True and funny story about Jack Tuttle: I was attending a California Bluegrass camp in Grass Valley a couple of years ago. Our student group was in cue waiting to go on stage to perform. I saw Jack standing near the area with his guitar. I asked him "hey Jack, will you play one with me?" He happily obliged. We did a super short version of "Sittin" On Top of the World". I thanked him. He replied "now you can say that you played with Molly Tuttle's Dad". What a guy!

Not only a fantastic guitar player, but a truly wonderful and kind person who is a joy to interact with as well.

Some years ago, I heard her play at Grass Valley and knew this was the early stages of a superstar. Incredible talent, and she just radiated beauty and genuineness. What a gift to the world.

I can't answer whether or not Molly Tuttle is the future of Bluegrass music, but I can confidently say she sure as heck is the present!

Her song "Crooked Tree" says it all. A bluegrass masterpiece, masterfully written and performed.

To call her "the future of Bluegrass music" might be a wonderful compliment but it misses the point somewhat. Molly Tuttle is part of an exciting musical movement that is taking place right now. She is part of the here and now of Bluegrass and its new wave of both musicians and fans. There's a combination of talent, honesty and a need for something more substantial than industry driven pop that is creating a vibe we last saw in the 1960s.

She's earned her place among the current wave of young artists in bluegrass. Can't wait to see where she and her generation of artists take the genre

I took banjo lessons from Molly’s dad Jack in Palo Alto for a few years. I can just imagine the rich musical culture she was raised in growing up. Very happy for Molly and her whole family!

Molly’s an astonishing artist, and I love her music. As a flatpicker and vocalist myself, I have a deep appreciation for what she does. Godspeed, Molly! And thanks for this excellent video.

I am so proud of Molly for staying true to heart and not bending to pressure from criticism.. The songs from her life come straight from her heart. She is not breaking the blue grass mold she is reshaping it. I can't imagine the relentless hours of practice perfecting her skills and being generous enough to sharing them with others. Molly Tuttle is going to be around for a long time..❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Truly American truly beautiful. I've been living too long in a corrupt city. This helps me so much. Thank you.
