I have not experienced anything quite like this, except when I was 20, and an american guy five yards away on the stage, took his strat and showed everyone in the room, what being an expert on your instrument, really sounds like. She is not one in a million, but one in a century, just like Jimi.

The maturity level of her playing is outstanding! To see her progression as a musician over the years is a privilege.

She’s a true technician. You can tell in how she interacts with the kit.

And she’s still only 15 years old! 🤯👍

Her recent playing Ozzy Osbourne with Tom Morello and his son is epic.

Really fun to see Yoyoka at 15 years old!  She has matured so nicely in her playing.  She has those Ludwigs tuned perfectly for that wonderful Bonham sound.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST thing this "musician" has ever given us,the mind boggles at where she's headed❤❤❤😢😂.

Not a big fan of drum solos, but she really killed it.
Very rare for me to appreciate like this.
That was so clean.

Having seen so many YOYOKA improvs, the best were ones I saw live. This one has the benefit of being professionally recorded audio and video. I love the beginning, the middle and the end and everything in between.

Wow! Great to hear Yoyoka soloing!

For years you (Senor Rooney) have supported Yoyoka with quality reactions and some very inspiring senses of humor.
In the beginning of August Yoyoka met Nandi Bushell in England end went to het house. The next day Nandi played Saxophone.
I really hope that one day soon, Yoyoka will be on your doorstep for a suprise visit and the two of you can exchange the knowlegde and enjoy the music and memories together.
It's a strange thing to state for a 15 year old, but Yoyoka has already played with so many different great musicians, that she can tall you many fun stories.
Thank you Andrew Rooney ♥

Thank you, Andrew, for another reaction to my favorite drummer, Yoyoka. She deserves all the recognition she can get. She’s a hardworking artist who has made numerous sacrifices alongside her parents.

Thanks for doing the reaction !  I enjoyed the whole thing -- but I winced when I saw her hand drumming and hitting her palms on the rim!

She’s got enough change ups to keep it interesting and what makes her different I think is she plays very musical. Lots of drummers can play drum solos but they don’t sound very musical. Give her another five to ten years and we’ll be treated to a drummer many notches above everyone else.

Thank you Andrew, I recently watched Yoyoka in London as part of her European tour and honestly I was blown away. It was a long concert and she was full on from beginning to end, truly amazing.

I still love watching yoyoka when she was  7 to 10 years old she was so cute, and her smile and playful joyus personality put a big smile on my face. Now, as a teenager, she doesn't smile as much and seems too serious. Yoyoka, please dont lose that happy little girl inside of you, always make time to have fun and laugh  😊

Hey Andrew.  Great reaction!  You're talking about YOYOKA being familiar with her kit.  It's kind of funny because she rarely plays her kit, like in this instance.  She was on tour in Japan.  She doesn't take her kit on tour.  We asked how many different kits she played while in Japan, and she thought about it for a moment, then came up with 20-25.  She sits in with so many different bands, that I guess she has just become used to quickly adapting to whatever is in front of her at the moment.  It's even frequently the case that she does it without practice or rehearsal, basically sits down, adjusts the throne, looks a round, does a couple quick hits to make sure everything is in a position she can deal with then goes at it.  You can see this in a variety of videos she has posted, where they literally call her out of the audience to come up and play.  Amazing young lady,as you know.

Good evening Andrew, and congratulations for presenting us with a Yoyoka solo. Besides, her solos indicate a perfect mastery of her instrument, but she is already a master. If you noticed, during her last part of her solo, it is reminiscent of a certain drummer named John Bonham with Moby Dick.Thank you for these good comments.

That's Joe Morello, one of Bonham's influences, who did the hand playing before JB did Moby Dick.

Although Yoyoka may have got it from JB rather than his influence.
