25:48 In the Netherlands this has been common for a long time and in newer houses in Germany it is also quite common now. In older buildings the drainage usually does not allow it.
22:36 Sliding shutters have been on every house in Germany as long as I can remember, I am 72. They are let down every evening and pulled up in the morning. They can be electric or manually operated.
Yeah that's stapler thing is not something from Japan. I remember in the 90s here in America my teacher using something like that type of stapler. I really don't think this guy actually knows what's from Japan and what's from the rest of the world
Japan looks like a people's friendly country, that thinks about the people's needs. Different from what the capitalistic investors do in America, who are more greedy, instead of the welfare of the people.
Wheelchair lift is way too slow. How does the flood thing work with gaps on the sides? The plane, what if you cramp up and have to stop pedaling? Ooops. No 1 is just a jacuzzi. No 3 the same water for the whole family, nope. No 7 no privacy or sound barrier. No 8 again, no sound barrier or privacy. No 9 whose table is so low your legs fold? No 10 - Too much work. I thought this would be more like cool tables or beds that disappear or cool concealed storage or better technology stuff. This is just strange. The sink toilet, awful idea. Toilet germs travel to the sink above where you wash your hands. Many of these are cool though.
