I recently confided in one of my summer camp students about how I listen to your stories at night to help me sleep.  She was a bit shocked that an adult needs a "bedtime story," but I recommended you none the less.  She's a teenager who is struggling with sleep.  I told her that if she's awake doom scrolling she might as well read the comment section of one of your sleep stories while listening.  So many of your comments are so heartfelt, and I think she could do with a bit of that.

We go by camp nicknames, so if my summer camp student is indeed reading the comments, "Mary Poppins" says hello and I wish you a pleasant night's sleep!

I can never thank you enough for these, Stephen

Oh Stephen, if you only had an inkling how much your stories help us, I don’t think you’d ever stop smiling. You are truly heaven sent. I recently had another Mito crash and have basically been in bed since June 20th. You are my steadfast companion through these times. I never know if it will be days/weeks or months that I will be down. I went through some scary depression last year (when it was months on end), but alternative medicine, prayers, meditation and your channels got me through. It’s nothing I can control but I lived with a lot of guilt because I couldn’t do what I used to do and be who I used to be for my people in my life. I have let go of a lot of that thanks to your letting go series and many other stories. I get something from each one and every time I listen to the countdown, I relax into your voice and words. It means so much to hear that I am safe and that it’s my time to take care of myself. I wish I could hug you and your muses, Rebecca, Timmy, and Frankie. I wish these words would fully encapsulate my soul felt gratitude to you. This is a virtual space, I know, but it is my favorite place in the world. You’ll probably never know what you’ve gotten a lot of us through and continue to do. Thank God for you and the wisdom and kindness you impart on the world. Keep shining, Stephen! ☀️🍀❤☺️🥱😴Oh! By the way, the stories keep getting better and better!!! I’ve listened to the country vet , the summer storm at the English manor, the sleep detective, and the sleep doctor (and more) on loop non-stop. I wake up in all different places. The accents are marvelous. Your craft is well honed, my friend, and somehow just keeps getting better! Thank you so much ❤ for being Stephen Dalton. And thank you, Stephen’s mum, for helping shape this amazingly soulful human. God bless you! ❤

Beautiful stories.

I love the different voices that Stephen does!!!!  Keep up the good work!!

I LOVE/NEED your sleep stories!! If possible PLEASE do another (The Sleepy Hotel In The Trees) 🤗

I keep listening to this video as I drop off within 10 minutes every time ❤

May your sleep be long and dreams sweet

Your voice is very soothing and calming, really helps me to sleep, Thank you Stephen 😄🫰🏻

HUZZAH it's Stephen time!! Sleep well my friends

Goodnight everyone! Sleep tight

One of my favorite "types" ... I love listening to stories of other people, the lady and now the queen. Its like you are personally telling me a bedtime story... and even better some classic more older times in history.
Thank you ❤

Love the recent ladies series….Edwardian and now Medieval. More please 👏 🙏👏 👏

I'm an x-ray student and have been working a lot of strange hours at many different hospitals during my schooling. That means my sleep schedule is really variable and sometimes hard to get used to. I can only assume your stories are really good, but I may never find out because I always fall asleep halfway through the countdown. Thanks for your invaluable help! 💤 😴

I can’t wait to listen to this. You have been so healing for me for several years now for night sleep . My mind would never quiet . My daughter passed  3 years ago, my 13, old grandson was stealing from my credit cards over a year til I found out, and stealing my car at night, plus other issues til I had to ask a friend to please take him to live with her- paying her of course- now my only remaining Sonia having health problems! My ex husband died last October! So truly your kind words and affirmations plus beautiful creative stories are very comforting and healing for my mental health, and soul!!I hope you still read the comments! Love to you and Timmy, Frankie and your wonderful wife Rebecca  from California!

Good night Stephen dalton I love your stories so does my dogs they recognize your voice so they cuddle up  every time.

Has no one else pointed out that "Medieval" is misspelled in the cover photo?

I love the fantasy version of Medieval, the comforting version<3

Hi Stephen, In the past few years I have lost my sister to breast cancer, my dad to lung cancer, my precious Labrador to pancreatic cancer and now we are waiting on testing to see if my husband has bladder cancer. Cancer is such an evil thing!
Your stories have helped me soooo much. I was unable to sleep due to my mind thinking about all the loss and how we could have done things differently, but now that I’ve found you I can sleep again listening to your voice. Thank you! I hope you know you are an amazing person! ❤️
