No matter what, the Fromsoftware's idea to instantly destroy player if he gets stuck in the air for too long will always make me chuckle when people discover it for the first time.

I don’t know how its possible that this man, regardless of what game he plays, finds random ass glitches, which at the same time are comedy gold

Enjoy the Feature Length edit of Elden Ring. At least it's shorter than the 40 hours of footage I watched

No matter what anyone says about his build being trash or needing to git gud or whatever, even the harshest critic cannot deny that vinny managed to rock some great Elden Bling throughout his playthrough, and that's what really counts.

also he beat margit at level 20 with a parry build and un-upgraded summons so like... i think he gets to be called a Real Gamerᵀᴹ

damn, viggle's parry game against margit was pretty impressive

The death at the start was a sort of failsafe measure: If you've been falling/midair for too long, the game will kill you to prevent potential softlocking, since (to my knowledge) there is no ledge high enough in the game (without a killzone at the bottom) where you should be falling for that long.

always catches me off guard when vinny’s character’s death sound literally sounds exactly like him

12:37 this is where vinny turns into the fucking parry lord.

I promise 20:34 is lore accurate.
Hear me out; his last thoughts were confused and panicked, and ultimately muddled together as his life and worldly sensations fade from his body.

Followed by the "BLUP" as he suddenly re-materializes with a fully concious and not dying brain.

Idk it just seems like that's how it would actually feel to die and respawn in a souls game wih your prior knowledge.

Vinny's "Nintendo Direct JRPG Trailer" voice at 46:11 is spot-on.

You can tell Vinny didn't play Dark Souls 1 because he implicitly trusts messages left by other players

This is one of those games where I watch and I’m like “DODGE ALREADY NO DONT HIT YET” but in reality I know that I’d play just as foolishly, probably even worse

26:31 I think the AI was trying to hit the crates so he could proceed but because the spear has a narrow hitbox it didn't free him

I'm genuinely surprised at how well Vinny managed to start, learn, and beat Margit in just over an hour, especially so early on and at such a low level. Damn.

vin's unfamiliarity with og souls stuff (i.e. not sekiro/bb) made this playthrough special. elden ring has some of the cooler souls weapons out there and it was nice to see someone use a big goofy variety of stuff

Hearing Vinny say "Oh no they squirt" in his gremlin voice fucking killed my sides.

It's really scary being called "The Flatulent" at 15:38

37:08 Vinny gets so upset he starts speaking Welsh

The evilest thing this game could ever do is sending new players into the second hardest area of the game, as a reward.

12:39 Of all the people to become a parry god I was not expecting Vinny lol.
