kinda fucked up how all of Dempsey's friends are dead imagine losing all three of your friends to zombies while trying to rescue your other friend who got captured only to find his dead body in the middle of a swamp later

That’s where Dempsey was introduced. First character from the original story still kicking ass to this day!

R.I.P my boys John banana and smokey, they were dope to play as💯🫡

My boy john banana, was crazy as hell but I be damned if he didn't have bars. If there was ever a cod zombies mixtape John banana needs to make a comeback 😂. Great video

3:30 bros dying and dropping bars better than I could😂

John banana: Rhyming while going insane

Verruckt zombies everytime he rhymes: HMMM! 🗿

By far one of the hardest and scariest zombie maps

Went full John Banana.

DEMPSY WAS IN VERRUCKT?!?!?!?!!?

Thats why i love Renaissance Mod, it gave them a space once more, sadly more voicelines couldnt be done cause obvious reasons.

I love the lore in Treyarch zombies! I could imagine them making either a TV series or a movie off of the whole storyline

They were the first price to pay for 935....the airfield was nothing but a happy accident lol

fun fact, the radio about the rising sun facility with the verruckt signatures(PA System music, and the coordinates), There's a radio similar in revelations Verruckt around the speedcola machine with the same stuff, but this time it's a female.

The vibe of older maps, as much as it's beaten to death by people who want to decry current maps despite the current maps having their own pros and cons, is something I feel hasn't been really captured in the sense of 'Nobodies in an absolute SNAFU' like the older one's did. As much as I love the cast of every map, I do kind of hate how now that people are EXPECTING every map to have a blockbusting, named crew EVERY Time. I wouldn't mind if they just made a bunch of maps where the character is instead the atmosphere and map design, rather than the characters in specific. Allowing players to immerse themselves as nameless grunt to an absolutely horrific situation is something that I feel hasn't been tapped into quite yet with the atmosphere of the most recent maps and games. Which is a shame.

Imagine having to train your undead homeboy : (

World At War was nice I wished they would have remastered it that was cod at it's finest hour 👌

You the goat bro

World at war was the greatest that started black ops. Verruckt is my 2nd favorite next to mob

I really miss this style of zombies, where everything felt so gritty and the lore was interesting, feels like we haven't gotten anything good since Black Ops 3 storywise. The mental image of Smokey getting bit by a zombie (on the balls, apparently) while John Banana starts speaking in rhymes, then the pair holing up in a room together and John seemingly willingly letting Smokey's decapitated head eat into his scalp while he rhymes his final thoughts into a tape recording is both super slapstick but also has the capacity to be incredibly dark.. Exactly what zombies should be.

Idk if a body would last 20 years hanging in the air
