here's One thing I haven't seen any CH Channels or CH Artist make is that both BE and French actually wanted R.E to help them on the side of CSA NOT the Union. while Tsar wanted to send aid/help to the Union. the tsar actually told both European countries if RE founds out that they were actually helping out the south and not staying out of the war then that gives RE the right to help the Union and sided with Ame with the help of RE and his allies (which BE and French didn't want) so they didn't "Join/help in" the war when CSA asked help from them. YES, RE actually send TWO of his Ships On to the east coast (off of NYC but not that far from DC) and the other was in SF in the west coast both captains got a seal note from the tsar that IF either French or BE attacks the US or their Ships you are to go to President Abraham Lincoln and be under this control.

here are two answers I found out on the internet
One: both European "powerhouses" didn't like that the US was getting stronger (this was after the US was the ONLY COUNTRY to end those middle eastern privates / having to give them gold or money to "protect their ships from getting invaded by privates" sailing that area in that timeline)
the second reason is BE and French wanted to weaking the Union and CSA take back their "old colony"/ take back area's that they lost/sold/giving to the US in the middle or tail end of the 17th century (this one sounds the most truthful from what I can tell but I'm not sure)
but yea while other European countries actually turned away/backstabbed the US (union) but R.E and their tsar was the ONLY country to come to the aid to the Union in America.
