30 Min Yin Yoga deep stretch class with Bree Naomee owner of Yoga Alma.

This class was filmed at Temple of The Way of Light in my Tambo in the middle of the Amazon Rainforest in Peru during the beginning of Covid. I was there doing a 21 day Ayahuasca Retreat before things got shut down. l ended up staying for months! Perhaps a story for another time ;)

What a surreal experience...

You do not need any props for this class however if you do have a block, bolster or pillow you may want something for extra comfort especially if the body is feeling a little toight! Remember that every-BODY is different and to make adjustments and variations as needed.
