This time, I rode a CBR400R on a Biwaichi ride around Lake Biwa!

Heading from Aichi Prefecture to Shiga Prefecture, I set my starting point near Maibara Station.

The weather had been unpredictable until just before I set off, but it was clear once I set off.

The scenery along the lakeside, feeling the breeze as I rode, was amazing.

I ended up getting lost on the Oku-Biwako Parkway along the way,
but from Tsuzurao Observatory I was able to get a panoramic view of the majestic Lake Biwa!

The view of the lake's surface, stretching out like an ocean, and the large number of riders gathered there was truly spectacular.

This time, I didn't do any prior research and just rode at my own pace.

There were times along the route when I wondered, "Are we back?!"
But those kinds of mishaps are part of the fun of motorcycle travel.
