UPDATE-The IOPC stated I cant make a complaint against the SWP under the Police Reform Act?? I stated, my complaint is a criminal complaint regarding SWP Officers committing perjury to court judges, breaches of the Rippa Act, unlawful surveillance, false arrests, unlawful Police stings, yet no criminality exposed on my part, no criminal charges were ever brought against me. Therefore SWP had to get a result, so I was then dismissed at a Kangaroo misconduct hearing, by the Assistant Chief Constable, and a Superintendent, for very trumped upcharges, evidence was denied, but I have obtained new evidence that both the Officers who chaired/sat and dismissed me at my Kangaroo hearing were heavily involved in my unlawful investigation. I made an appeal against my investigation and unlawful dismissal to the then SWP Commissioner who denied me an appeal??? I have also gained new evidence that has also evidences that the Commissioner himself, was also involved in my investigation, thus him obstructing true justice and not allowing a new appeal. The IOPC, stated I submit another complaint to the SWP/ Crime panel and SWP Professional Standards dept which I have done. SWP still refuse to obtain the new evidence, still refuse me access to my unopened master copy CD Police Pace interview. The SWP Chief Constable, and the new SWP Commissioner is aware of this corruption, and my appeal for justice, yet both refuse to respond, or request an investigation for fear of further exposing another massive miscarriage of justice that SWP have committed. THE POLICE REFORM ACT IS A TOOL THE IOPC AND POLICE FORCES IN THE UK USE TO COVER UP SERIOUS CORRUPTION, BY NOT INVESTIGATING THE COMPLAINTS, HOWEVER, THE POLICE REFORM ACT DO NOT OVER RIDE CRIMINALITY, OUR HUMAN RIGHTS-ARTICLE 6, RIGHT TO A FAIR TRIAL. THE IOPC MUST HOWEVER INVESTIGATE "SERIOUS CORRUPTION" AMOUNTING TO PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE, TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE, OBSTRUCTING THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM WITHIN THE UK.
I am waiting for an update from the SWP/PSD and the IOPC.   FURTHER UPDATES WILL FOLLOW, ALONG WITH A TRUE BOOK REGARDING SWP- CRIMINAL BEHAVIOURS IN MANY OTHER CASES.

Were they trying to get rid of him before he could draw his pension?  I guess we better get used to it.  This is the new world 0rder.  No more civil rights.

Brilliant podcast . It makes me realise that being honest all my life and bringing up my sons to be the same means nothing.

Great information, just goes to show how untrustworthy and corrupt the Police Service really is.

From top to bottom, sickening.

Thanks for this Shaun, another great interview of an ex cop 👍 Godbless this ex cop who has been thru hell, i pray he is at peace now & i hope him and his family are doing well 💖

❤😊THUMBS UP FOR THIS PODCAST.

I live in Stoke on Trent Staffordshire I remember that being told don't go down town.

His colleagues that went after him were like sharks that smell blood and come in for the kill.  Evil people the lot of them.

UPDATE-The book titled- FORCE OF EVIL THE CLYDACH MURDERS was released on the 12/2/2025, it is already at no.1 BEST SELLER for MURDERS, and SERIAL THRILLERS. If you read the already reviews of the book,  you will see why it a best seller after nearly two weeks old. My issues are briefly mentioned in the book, however, I do intend to write a book with the author  regarding SWP Corruption/Cover up within my issues. This Force of evil book, will shock everyone, if it was not evidenced you would think it was all fiction.

I dealt with Cardiff police and CID and all the agencies/gangs/courts that worked with them, for years, IT WAS A REAL EYE OPENER, I learnt what the REAL face of democracy looked like, and boy is it ugly.

A very hard hitting and compelling interview. The lack of transparency from the police doesn’t  put them in a good light. If they have nothing to hide and can justify all the evidence then submit it!

I have recently emailed SWP Chief Constable, the IOPC, Police Watchdog, informing the SWP Commissioner is standing down on May 2nd 2024, I have requested what actions or investigations are you going to commence regarding the SWP Commissioner guilty of serious corruption regarding my case issues ? None of them have responded, or conducted any investigations, letting the SWP Commissioner retire. The SWP Chief Constable, and the IOPC, have conspired to pervert the course of justice,  failing in their statutory duties to up hold the law. WHAT CHANCE DO THE PUBLIC HAVE FOR TRUE JUSTICE.

Classic fit up .

Thanks shaun 👍
