The office has filed the Emperor's sons, and the Emperor's brother. This is the Emperor.
Colton Royall IV bears the mantle Absolute, of the Sunsworn, and has borne it since his ratification. The measure taken at the moment of granting is entered among the highest figures the standing record holds. This office does not enumerate it. He presides at the Concourse, at the Colosseum of Valor, as is proper to the host. His collar is worn above the form prescribed, and the office has entered no correction.
His service has been long, and no term of its ending is entered.
Of the mantles brought to ratification in the term, the number returned unratified is sealed.
RECORD REF. VALNORIA / PERSONAL / 0007
