When it comes to this, the creator, Crash Maul, has a whole world he’s building. You gotta react to all of his videos in order, they’re all really cool and connected in some way.

Fun fact. The item spy used to fake his death is an actually an item in TF2 called the dead ringer. It let's you fake your death and turn invisible to escape.

Spy's ability in this animation is actually the item called "Dead Ringer".

How the dead ringer works in a nutshell: is that if spy gets hit when the dead ringer is active, he immediately turns invisible and leaves a fake corpse behind.

millennial tasting their first sip of alcohol. 8:28

the “DID HE SHOOT HIS BALLS?” HAD ME WEAK😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

2:00 heavenly gawk gawk 🙏

Hoodydude you NEEEEED to watch every Crash Maul video after this. Everything he makes is straight PEAK, so much that I'm willing to wait until you finish White on Spy before telling you to watch Hunter: the Parenting again (which is also a must-watch).
Also Hoodydude encountering 2000s SFM humor for the first time and being completely blindsided is killing me😭 forgot about the Left 4 Dead music too, taking me back.

Edit: 8:18 - Bonk and Scrumpy (Hennessy) are actually canonically two of the ingredients in the original mix that created the ubercharge that medic's medigun gives, so this is lore-accurate I shit you not. This is basically the TF2 version of the chemicals that turned Barry into the Flash.

15:05 - Spy has a cloaking watch that has a charge the drains with use, but it has alternate unlocks like the Dead Ringer, which lets him fake his death as seen in the video. And the knife he killed Medic with is called "Your Eternal Reward", and lets him instantly  take the disguise of whoever he just killed while making the kill silent.

You gotta watch “Meet the Rabid Heavy
Taming Engineer” , “The Fight for Sawmill” and “Like White on Spy” to continue the series its hard af 👍

When an average player suddenly goes pro out of spite

The Stopwatch you see Spy holding is an unlockable item called the Dead Ringer, instead of turning invisible whenever you want like the regular watch it lets you fake your own death by planting a corpse and giving you mad damage resistance for a few seconds to get out of dodge. It's not nearly as overpowered as it is in this animation tho

2:26 never met a more relatable person in my life you have my respect

So you know when spy seemingly died but came back? That was the dead ringer, an item that allows spy to fake his death, at the end scout stole the dead ringer to fake his own death.

16:02 The stopwatch is the Dead Ringer. It allows the Spy to create decoys to fake his death

that BLU scout done got a zenkai boost after getting drunk and a sugar rush at the same time

The Fight for Sawmill is gonna be lit

Alr, so now that you've watched this, like 10 or so months ago, watch "Meet the Rabid Heavy Taming Engineer", and then "Fight for Sawmill" to see what happens next for The Epic Scout

Yo chat you already know it’s good when this gets recommended from two minutes ago

0:56 Bro dropped peak for peak: understandable.
