In 2006 I lived in Sacramento California and met Lou Ferrigno at the California state fair as part of their Marvel Super Heroes week! A very kind man! Gentle and Humble. He spoke fondly of working with Bill Bixby and Jack Colvin! I’ll never forget it! RIP BILL AND JACK! Keep on rocking and rolling Lou Ferrigno!
Stats on Lou Ferrigno: 6’5 and at the time of the hulk season 2 onward: 330 lbs with zero body fat! Truly an Incredible Hulk!
I’ve never understood why this show didn’t win more awards! Only Mariette Hartley (wife in the Married episode) won an Emmy award for best actress in 1979! Bixby, Colvin, and Ferrigno definitely should have won Emmy’s in acting and Showrunner: Kenneth Johnson for producing, writing, and directing the series! RIP Bill Bixby and Jack Colvin.
