Thai electricity is at a 50hz frequency I think, your camera is recording at 30 or 60p probably, this causes the light to flicker. change to 25p or 50p

I'm Thai. Many sellers are not Thai. Selling such things like this in Thailand is illegal for foreigners. However, the cost of living in Phuket is higher than other provinces. If you are in Bangkok, clothes are much cheaper at wholesale markets like Pratunam Market and if you come to Chiang Mai. It will be cheaper, almost half the price in Phuket.

Im going to Thailand in a month. I do know Bangkok is Cheaper. I knew I would have to barter, I am fine with that, but it gave me a better idea as to how to. I am from Canada and the exchange rate is really good on our end, so paying a little extra to support them I don't have a problem with!
