For more information on foot/toe pain relief check out our video "Sesamoiditis-Home Remedies- What is It? (Pain at the base of Big Toe) "- https://youtu.be/ZZMg742APHk?si=ATHErOfwNbRXy-ST

I'm 57, have had gout for 7 years, couldn't even have a blanket over the toes at times. Tried footwear, diet, hot and cold therapy , stretching which all helped a little. Finally got on Allopurinol after six years and now have no pain.
Believe me, getting your uric acid levels down if you have gout can bring back a normal life

Steel shank cowboy boots. Stopped my toe pain, arch pain, and ankle soreness

I have tried quite a few different shoes to help my hallux rigidus. So far the Hoka Bondi 8 has given me the most relief. Plenty of cushion, a lower drop of 5mil.(which helps the metatarsals) and stiff sole. Wish the toe box was a bit wider but still it has let me walk, run and be on my feet all day relatively pain free. For me it is the stiffer sole and lower heel to toe drop on a shoe that seems to help the most. Hope this helps someone!

What if you have Hallux Rigidus and a bone spur? They tell me surgery is only option to relieve pain. Also why do podiatrists never send you to physical therapy or give you exercises to do for this condition?

I have severe big toe arthritis and sesomotitis, got shots, the best thing I’ve tried so far are dancers pads, better then cortisone shots it off loads the big toe when you walk, it is a lifesaver!

Carbon fiber shoe inserts have saved me from daily pain. Had to go up a half size shoe but makes such a difference🙌

Oh wow this is me right now. I'm actually recovering from two herniated discs and 2 years of back pain but prior I had had turf toe injuries. And now I get random big toe pain where I can't even bear weight and then it just goes away

I have severe arthritis in my toe. I don't have swelling, but I do have extreme pain. I can't even begin to try these. But thank you for showing that there is something that you can do. I wish I had seen this before it got severe

I got a metal plate in the bottom of my shoe and that help my pain a lot...

Thanks for the great video. BTW, Tylenol is not an NSAID but is an analgesic and antipyretic.

I have had hallux rigidus since my thirties. I was just told to wear rocker shoes. Now I’m in physical therapy because my left heel hurts all the time, as well as my right toe. I found I have an extra bone in my ankle, which could be causing some of these issues. I discovered I don’t walk heel to toe, as I avoided bending my toe. Now I’m trying to learn how to walk properly.
