Another chapter of the greatest era of tennis is closed. I will never forget the matches between Andy, Roger, Rafa and Novak. It was a real privilege to watch them play.

Absolutely hilarious and wholesome interview. Man, this era is really coming to an end and it's a true heartbreak.

Iga, Novak, and Rune were all there live on court while he was interviewed! 3 active players in Wimbledon that took time out if their busy schedules to see a legend. Ultimate respect.

I watched Roger’s farewell and bawled my eyes out then. I might be in a minority here -  this didn’t had tears in the interview but it made me cry more and this hurts a lot more than Roger’s farewell. Since 2017 Andy has given everything possible to go out there and compete at the highest level. Unfortunately his body couldn’t reach the same levels again but the effort was always there, the mentality to fight never disappeared. Been asked to retire by a lot of people for a year now but he kept trying. It shows how much he loves the game of tennis. That’s why it hurts to see him not getting to end it on his own terms. A true legend of the game. The big 3 won a lot more but they never had to play with the pressure this guy was carrying on his shoulders till 2013. He was the only one who managed to climb the top of the ranking in that era and that just shows how good he was. I wish him the best for the upcoming life. I will truly miss him. Fortunate to live many moments watching him play. The gritty Scott always fought like a true champion. I don’t think there can be a better farewell than this. A guard of honor from legends of the game with the whole center court crowd on their feet applauding. A stuff of dreams. Andy not only deserved it, he truly earned it ❤

A terrific role model. Huge respect for what he has achieved in the incredible era of Rafa, Roger and Novak.

Novak, class act for showing respect!

Federer, Djokovic, Nadal, and Murray blessed us with some of the most amazing tennis matches of all time! Certainly, it is the end of tennis' finest era!!!

That was quite emotional for Andy. He deserved this honouring goodbye. Very special to see. And what a nice humor he has! So great that he did win Wimbledon twice (3 with the golden medal)

So lovely to see Sue back where she belongs. A fitting tribute for Andy’s sad farewell. Hope we see more of them in the future to support this wonderful game.

Chill when Sue came out. She is Wimbledon and has a wonderfully motherly feel to her interviews. Put Andy at ease and is so natural. Sue hasn’t lost a beatz

Respect for Murray from Serbia and Djokovic fan, of course. Great lad, aye, farewell to Scottish warrior!

Went from not standing this guy to loving him. Such grit and passion for the sport. Dude worked for every damn point and deserves it all! Cheers!

Andy Murray what a legend. It was  called the big 4. Ask me
Why because he lost 8 major finals and bounced back to win 3 majors. He also won 50 atp titles and retain the Olympic gold what nadal Novak and roger failed to do.. including all of this he was number 1 for a period of time.. not to forget he won the Davies cup to👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿❤️

Class.  There are 100's of comments here - it is implied and perhaps written though bears repeating - Andy Murray absolutely epitomized class - on and off the court.  A gifted athlete, the hardest of workers, a champion, a husband, a father and a son - a Class Act.  In a era of media hounds, temper tantrums, foul mouths, click bait, pouting, pandering and all the rest - in my opinion he is a model athlete who gave it everything, remained humble, respectful, thankful.  Legend.

We have made so many memories with Roger, Serena, Venus, Rafa, Andy & Dijokovic. ❤😢

sue barker is fantastic woman ❤🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

If Murray had played in any other era he'd easily have won 10X the amount he won, he played during arguably the toughest era of tennis and still came out with a decent trophy haul

As an American, who has always supported Andy, this "End of an Era" has brought me to tears.
He's such a wonderful human being and a great ambassador to the sport of tennis. Much respect for him, his family and team, and to my brother and sister fans in jolly old England, Scotland and all of Britain, cheers!

True legend of British sport, hope he can enjoy his retirement as he deserves to. ❤

One of the very few who could not only challenge the big 3 but on his day was good enough to beat them. Congratulations on an amazing career Andy.
