Today I’m going to be using very simple tools to make a Copper Cuff Bracelet out of a piece of salvaged copper tubing and a little length of salvaged copper wire…a great DIY Project.
There will be a lot of hammering and annealing. No swage block or forming kits will be used to form the bracelet, just a couple of hammers and an old piece or railway track I use as my anvil.
If you are interested to see different ways to technique this bracelet, I will show you at the end of the video i.e. Heat patina.

I’m completely self-taught and approach jewellery making from a DIY perspective rather than a traditional jewellery background. This tutorial focuses on being resourceful, improvising when needed, and enjoying the creative process rather than aiming for perfection.
This project is ideal if you enjoy:
• DIY jewellery projects
• Beginner jewellery making tutorials
• Creative DIY projects using copper
• Learning basic metalsmithing techniques at home
• Turning simple materials into wearable art
Whether you’re brand new to jewellery making or simply looking for an easy and relaxing DIY project, this copper cuff is a great place to start. Repurposing copper into something unique and handmade can be incredibly rewarding, and I hope this project inspires you to experiment and create your own designs.
