the mix is mine! and this is the first time I've done something like this, so there are probably some mistakes, and if there are any, please point them out to me in the comments🥹

any Airi and Ena duo is amazing…can’t wait for them to sing together in wl3

this is the best mixing i've ever seen, like genuinely. i was actually jumpscared with the airi -> mizuki line at the start because it was so seamless!!
0:12 there seems to be a mistake here... the airiena are singing here

wahhh i love the mixing and airiena technically mentioned?? Today I will be explaining why AIRIENA, the femslash ship from Project Sekai, the ship between the characters- Ena Shinonome and Airi Momoi is canon. This is all written by @airienaa on YT- more known as alishxa or that one delusional airiena shipper. I also claim myself as the AiriEna n1 fan, the AiriEna artist and AiriEna director and leader. This is purely hand-written and NOT made by AI bc I ain’t a lazy aah. I do take some references from the Shipping Wiki though— I personally call the ship AiriEna/愛繪 instead of EnaAiri, Enairi, ShinoMomoi, MomoiShino, Peach Drawings, so that’s how I’ll be calling the ship name in this explanation.
Aesthetically
First. They work well with each other aesthetically. Now you might be thinking, what is alishxa blud yapping about? Hear me out ok HEAR ME OUT. Like Pink x Brown are one of the best ship combos in Project Sekai. Not talking about the signature colours, the HAIR colours bc I said so. Like every Pink x Brown ship is absolute peak. MizuEna, MinoAiri, HonaEmu, EmuEna, MinoMizu, HonaMizu.. AND THAT INCLUDES MY GLORIOUS FAVOURITE SHIP V(^_^)V AIRIENA!!!!!
Well design wise they do look good together as well!!! Because..
Because they’re both pretty! but lowk Airi’s long..curly? Hair contrasts with Ena’s dark, kind of straight, short hair so uh OPPOSITE HAIRS ATTRACT!
Personality wise
Like hear me out- their personalities are very similar
So, Ena is an extremely strong willed person that always speaks her mind. She is harshly critical of her own art, regularly feeling frustrated by setbacks of her lack of talent. She’s easily flustered or rage baited. While blunt and sarcastic,Ena is a caring softer side she doesn’t like to admit. Ena is often the first person to lend a hand when a friend is in trouble, as she never hesitates for the people that she cares about, that includes Airi!
Meanwhile, Airi is strong-minded and comes across as pushy to some. She is strict but reliable. She is very protective of her friends and family. Airi retains some of her headstrong attitude, though cares greatly for her friends (e.g. Ena) as well as her siblings, taking a sisterly role with both.
Airi and Ena are both headstrong and described as “tsundere” by their friends and group mates. Both Airi and Ena have similar personalities, so that is another point why Airiena is totally canon!!! Idk how that ties into them being canon but, uh, similar personalities lead to better relationships!!!.. (like uh how you usually have worse relationships with people opposite your personality?..)
Canon Relationship
Taking huge references from the Project Sekai Wiki, here’s Airi and Ena’s canon relationship!
Airi to Ena: Ena’s best friend, they first met in middle school when Ena stood up for Airi who was teased by their classmates for being on a variety show. Leading to the two becoming close friends with each other (now best friends). In the event Hope Will Someday Go Beyond the Morning, aka the Ena3 event or i nandesu event, Spoilers for the event! Ena’s mother was surprised to see Mafuyu at their house, so Ena’s mother said smth like
Oh my..! Ena, you have friends other than Airi?!”
CANON THEY’RE CANON TRUST
Ena to Airi: Airi’s best friend. They first started talking when Ena stood up for her in middle school, as people were making fun of her appearance in a variety show. Airi describes her as having an eye for fashion, and Ena helped her appear more fashionable before Airi became famous as an idol.
Airi also feels the need to repay Ena because Airi feels as if she didn’t do anything to help Ena back in middle school. So, Airi secretly asked Akito to look after Ena. Airi also admires Ena for her perseverance, seeing it as her best quality. Airi is empathetic towards Ena’s struggle and feud with her father about her art skills.
AAAA MY AIRIENA HEART THEY’RE CANON! TRUST TRUST SEGA CONFIRMED IT gets dragged to the solitary confinement sekai
Matching stuff (short chapter)
Ena and Airi have matching yellow cat cushions. THATS SO CUTEEEE
btw proof if you don’t believe it
According to Project Sekai Wondershow Channel #26 developer stream, it’s confirmed that they own matching cat plushies they bought while shopping in middle school. THATS SO CUTE AGAIN SORRY. AIRIENA MIDDLE SCHOOL YURIII!!!
Not related to matching things, but Airi follows Ena’s selfie account. She knows that when Ena uploads lots of selfies at the same time, she’s in a bad mood, so Airi gets worried about her. LIKE THATS SO LIKE IDK HOW TO DESCRIBE IT KIND FFEINWOCIDNDOJDSNDSOUN AIRIENA CANON AI
DISNA C AO. AIRIENA CANON AIRISNA CNSON
Titles (very short chapter)
Some of Airi and Ena’s cheerful carnival titles are “Friends that tell each other anything” and “Most Precious Friend”.
For Kizuna Ranks/Friendshup Titles, they are “Can’t leave someone behind” “Brave when need be” and “My best friend forever” SO CANON SO CANON SHSNSNSNNAMELIEJ
Quotes
A: Hehe, I’m just glad you’re back to your old self.
E: My old self?
A: Yeah. My favourite part about you is how you can just say or do what’s on your mind without a second thought.
E: I’m not sure if that’s a compliment or an insult…
A: Of course it’s a compliment! It might not sound all that great coming from me, but I really do admire that part of you.
(from “Outstretched Hand, second side story)

A: You really are a pro at making these kinds of expressions. On top of that, your choice of makeup’s really good. This pink-brown lip suits you particularly well, Ena…
E: Hehe..Thanks. I also really like how this turned out.
SEE? ENA CHOSE A PINK-BROWN LIP FOR A REASON!!! I think. Uh because Airi’s signature colour is pink and Ena’s is brown!!! Ena ships Airiena too!!..
Oh there’s also this comic but I won’t be mentioning it since you see it on your pjsk loading screens
There’s this one AiriEna comic too! But I never get it so I don’t know what they’re saying YET
