He’s probably our best corner in years.

I'm with Shannon; we have several men on this team who, over time, can put us in an elite position for years to come. We got two dogs from Pittsburgh; they are no joke. Both Pickens and Porter are top dogs to keep on a team, and then our rookies: Downs, Barham, Overton, Lawrence, Ezeiruaku, and some young 3-5-year veteran players who have the dog in them. This will take time.

He's a top 5 CB that tackles now one side is solid the QB first read on his side is gone make the QB wait and go to his second our D Line will get another second to get the QB

I haven't seen Joey Porter Jr. play much, but this dude comes from Blue Blood. His father was a top-notch football player; he was a destroyer. Joey Porter Sr. tore it up, and I see that same demeanor in his son, Joey Porter Jr.

Our defense looks good: Downs, Porter Jr., Barham, Lawrence, Overshown, and Overton. We still have a long way to go, but these players are young, talented, and hungry, and they will only get better. But I'm liking what I see in these dudes. This young, new defense has growing pains to go through; that is just the way it is, but you'll see this team galvanize midway or 2/3rds into the season. All new defenses take a while to get right. I expect bigger, more consistent play next season once our rookies get some seasoning.

We're not done yet! Time to get Lorenzo Booker next

He is going to find out Pittsburgh has a real full time general manager. Dallas has a part time amateur pretend GM. 30 years have shown Jelly is completely useless as a gm.

Absolutely nothing can help change the karma. Dallas just loses when it really matters and then come the ssme old excuses. They are good and even great at times BUT they are losers. They manufacture ways to lose!
