so many of you asked for more on this, so I made a full guided practice. If "sense the space" never quite clicked, this walks you through it step by step so you can feel and fully understand it :)

Dr. Joe Dispenza, along with solid testimonials show you that there is no wrong meditation, the biological changes you undergo when you meditate are always beyond what your brain can think of. Anyone reading this, please don't get discouraged, just continue meditating.

No meditation is a bad meditation😉-Dr. Joe Dispenza

The primary purpose for focusing on empty space as Joe does it, is to shift your focus from a convergent focus to a divergent focus. This act slows yours brain waves down and makes your brain more coherent. This means all of your neurons are firing in sync and both left and right hemisphere of your brains are in sync.
With your brain waves slowed ie from Beta >Alpha>Theta (this where the magic happens) , etc you have now quieted the analytical mind (critic), you are now in your subconscious, and like I said you are more coherent and much closer to the divine.
This is a shortened down explanation.

if you read his book 1st, he’ll explain to you why he talks about space so much. So in their research, they found that the part of the brain that focuses on your equilibrium and the space around you as you move through it, is also the part of you that can help you quiet your brain down from the intrusive thinking and then also can lead you into a better space for meditation. I always had a problem with that too because I could never see the point but then when I read the book, I was like wait he’s not asking me to focus on nothingness. He wants me to focus on what I feel energetically around me and how far can I take that sensing and once you tap into that part of your brain it’s easier to tap into the part of your brain that will give you a more colorful, vivid, relaxing meditation. Seems kind of backwards but it’s kind of like a back door into the part of your brain that’s on when you meditate that they discovered in research…but also my biggest problem has been lack of sleep and so when I try to meditate I just get random visions of things I’ve never seen in my life which I’ve been told is my brain trying to do what it’s supposed to be doing in rem sleep that it’s not getting…. So if meditation seems like it’s not working and it just seems like a bunch of nonsense. Try it when you’re not missing out on sleep lol

Makes sense. So I have been doing Joe dispenza's chakra blessing meditations probably for about 3-4 years now. How I understood it is that when he says to focus on the space around the chakra outside the body, I would just imagine the chakra growing wth energy that it expands beyond my body. To the point it fills my room from that chakra. This has been working very well for me.

I've also discovered a profound way to perceive 'the space'. Everything is atoms, right? A collection of atoms in different configurations. Our bodies are just more densely packed with them. So when he says imagine the space between, I am imagining the atoms that make up the space outside my physical form in relation to the atoms that make up my physical form. In doing so, I've transcended my physical form and become one with everything. It's like my body no longer exist! It's just a more densely configuration of atoms in space

Lmao that voice THEEEEE SPAAACE BEWTEEEEEN

Waste? Never. There is no wrong way to meditate ❤️

Ive been on and off meditating for years after having a full blown out of body spiritual awakening and honestly nothing changed, in fact things kept getting worse. I broke through doing a 1hr plus meditation randomly with a dr J Dispenza track about 5 days ago and then I got more serious with his meditations and everything your saying makes perfect sense based on my own experience. And I've literally tried EVERYTHING. Focusing on the energy of the space around you / nothing / the present moment bypasses the analytical mind and the known. From there your body feels and falls in love with this infinite energy and all the suffering from who you thought you was is released!

Place to start is getting breaking the habit of being yourself on audible. The YT meditations are NOT the same. I tried.

Thanks for this content it is so reassuring to hear people with the same experience. Keep up the good work!

I like the impersonation: "the spaceee between..." 😅

The whole space thing was disconcerting and annoying when I first discovered It on YouTube. However, I gave it a try after watching testimonials, and it worked. And there's a fair amount of trauma literature that shows that it changes your state to enter peripheral or spatial consciousness in which you make your mind fully aware of an entire space diffusely, and that the ptsd state is obsession upon one thing to the exclusion of everything else.

Wow, this is such a profound detail, I can't believe that. Also makes meditation much easier and delightful. Thank you, bless you.

thank you!!!!  Doing this space /time meditation as well for 2 years.  I usually go into outer space, now I will do your way, makes sense..thanks again!

I always imagine "the space" to be fluid.... Like I'm completely submerged.... So when he says to focus on the space between my eyes, I imagine that point to become charged with energy... So in my mind, the space all around me being fluid, will be completely charged with the energy of that point... Whether it be the third eye chakra, or the heart center..... I definitely feel a major shift in energy when I do this... Very powerful

I appreciate you sharing that. I have a tendency to blow through that too. Your insight is much appreciated.

Love the door example, it works immediately for me!! Thanks so much for sharing <3

I like the space explanation

This is pretty close to what Taren Veyra writes about, how we experience reality through our own mental filters rather than completely objectively.

I just recently discovered your channel and saw the evolution between the first videos and the last ones. What an amazing transformation : you are a living demonstration of the positive effects of long term meditation! 😊I have been practicing back and forth for more than 20 years but recently I have felt the need to meditate more regularly. Thank you!
