Oi Phil!

Saudações do 🇧🇷! 😊

Yes the teatro Metropolitan concert its up there for me as well!

Ugh is a straight rocker...no frills.  They wrote it in their basement (when they were kids) as part of their Queen Of The Murder Scene album.  They had tried about 20 different versions and were ready to give up.  Dad told them to keep going...thanks Dad.

The album version of this song actually ends with piano instead of guitar.

Afraid I may have to agree with the jacked dude.  More of The Warning!  😆

Their good taste is ridiculously well developed.

According to Spotify this is my favorite the warning song. They aint wrong.

My favorite: QOTMS. Absolute triumph. And. They. Were. All. Teenagers. And they did it all themselves. ... God.

And then, a very drum-driven song ends without drums. Just The Warning casually showing off their arrangement skills 🤘

This song is a true masterpiece!

I'd just like to add just how often Dany plays melodic guitar while singing with a completely different cadence 🤘

I've said it many, many times when I've commented on reactors' videos who are reacting to songs from Queen Of The Murder Scene (QOTMS). The compositions are irrefutable proof that the girls are superior songwriters because of the depth of their technical understanding of how music works. I know this may sound hyperbolic but (as a lifelong musician), I want to shout it from the mountaintops: "LISTEN to these songs! These girls are AMAZING songwriters! They wrote these when they were TEENAGERS!"

The thing that solidifies the true jaw-dropping greatness of the songwriting prowess on the album is the fact that the songs and the arrangements all have a definite THEATRICAL sense and mood to them as opposed to the run-of-the-mill, everyday Pop or Rock songs. The fact that they captured those theatrical elements perfectly, being that they're literally meant to tell a story through music, is astounding. Mission accomplished!

Someone in the Hollywood movie industry involved in finding artists to write songs for soundtracks needs to know about The Warning and their undeniable collective capability to write theatrical music and contract with them to do so for a major motion picture. If anything would put them on the map and have them become a household name (at least in the US), THAT would do it. I truly believe it.

Queen Of The Murder Scene es mi favorito...

Teatro Metropolitan was my first exposure to these amazing young ladies... We need Teatro and Pepsi Center combined for a double DVD right away, so we can get the Next one at Auditorio Nacional also on DVD. While they are at it just put all of their older concerts on DVD... Please...

I really think this is my favorite song of theirs. It just flows so well.

Ugh is in my top 5 rock songs of all time. Thanks Phil!
