A few things

It's worth noting that Italy and France not having their zones of influence in the Ottoman Empire wasn't some result of Wilson's benevolent 14 points discouraging them from keeping it, it was simply that neither Italy nor France considered fighting for these territories or even holding them at all worth it. Italy irl traded its comparatively worthless zone of influence in Turkey to the Turks in hopes the Turks would be made stronger to counter Italy's primary Aegean Rival in Greece, and successfully developed positive trade relations while doing so. Italy and Greece's rivalry wasn't some invention of fascist expansionism, it was a genuine geopolitical competition of IMMENSE friction that, if anything, Mussolini only took advantage of. Greece being even stronger would incentivize the Italians to attempt to strengthen any nascent Turkish state and in exchange not be sheltered with the burden of concessions it only really took as a bonus, ESPECIALLY with Greece having further screwed Italy out of its many-year Albian protectorate designs even further. I cannot see them clinging to this worthless land which is overextending them irrespective of their form of government when they'd much rather form an effective counterbalance to Greece as they did irl, even if Turkey is later to collapse.

Second, I say this as an immense Russian history nerd, your Polish-Galician map is incorrect. The Russians only intended to incorporate Western Galicia into the future autonomous Kingdom of Poland while East Galicia was to be annexed wholesale into the Russian Empire as it was seen as being an integral part of the Great Rus' that was separated from the whole for many years. Both official documents and the known inclinations of the rulers (Nicholas II made many such speeches hailing this reunion when he visited the region after it came under Russian control) make it clear such annexationism was indisputable, and the Galician Russophiles, many members of the Orthodox Church, were made borderline martyrs for the mass summary imprisonment and execution of them by the Habsburg Empire, making this a further a primary goal. It's also likely the territories of the Lemko Republic would be incorporated as well, and Subcarpathian Rus if it was practical, given their immense Russophilia.

The Kadety are being fairly misrepresented here, they were definitely not reforming along British lines and believed in the need for a strong executive authority which could FORCE through reforms, preferably the Tsar, in the short term thinking heavily inspired by the indigenous liberalism of Chicherin. They would not "only be able to buy private land" if it was voluntary as a literal point of the Kadet program of 1913 was FORCED purchases of land. While they intended to compensate the landowners, this seizure of land was not going to be some voluntary venture, but a takeover of the land. The Kadet platform also included universal suffrage irrespective to gender so you are right on that front, Georgy Lvov who was Kadet aligned irl already granted women the right to vote under the provisional government. If you want a more conservative middle ground party that struggles with these issues use the Oktyabristy, because the Kadets started as a radical dissident party many of whom were borderline socialist in their inclinations to the point the party was fractured over these more left-leaning inclinations.

If this mod were to be revived in this form, I think Russia should start the game with a debt crisis national spirit. Their debt was historically very high already, so things like interest and cost of modernization would make it a ticking time bomb for Russia depending on how they handle it

This is really stacked against Germany as a HOI4 scenario:
- strong Franco-Russian alliance (likely having persisted all the way throughout interwar era) who both have material and ideological incentives to put Germany down
- Britain, which would have supported Germany elsewise to prevent Russian hegemony over Europe (Britain would support anybody so long as it prevents one power from conquering continental Europe), can't do that because Germany is communist. Germany would be omega-lucky just to have Britain neutral
- no real allies (like the IRL USSR) but no strategic depth and massive natural resources (unlike the IRL USSR)
- fascist Italy maybe joins out of necessity - we all know how well that went IRL. Though maybe Mussolini remains a socialist in this world, and marches on Rome as a proletarian leader instead? Can't see it changing much in terms of balance of power.

Unlike real WW2, where Germany could pick enemies one by one, here it is basically encircled on day 1 (by France, Russia, and their puppet states) and would have no chance in an open conflict.
Looking forward to part 2, my guess is that you cook up a major disruption (like a civil war) in one of European powers just to even the odds. You need to kill Russia or engineer a way for Britain to ally Germany. Not in a million years does Britain go commie so I guess we are looking at a Russian civil war.

Shoutouts to Finland for managing to gain their independence without anyone noticing.

I think instead of an early american intervention, another point of divergence could be considered: "Have then Tsarevitch Nicholas Romanov die during the Ōtsu incident". Nicholas II desire to lead as an absolute monarch despite his lack of competence is what led to Russia failing to not modernize its institution (he dissolved the Duma multiple times until it was completly submitted to his will, the exact opposite of what the 1905 revolution tried to do). By having Nicholas die before reaching the throne, he is replaced by George as a sort of "weak tsar" dying soon before or after the Russo-Japanese and allow for Michael to become tsar and unlike Nicholas, accept the consequences of the 1905 revolution and not personally lead the armies in world war one like his brother  allowing for more experienced or reform-minded generals like Brusilov to lead.

I worked backwards in order to get T.R to win 1912 and I think that Taft gryting killed in 1909, across the US-Mexican border as he nearly was IRL would probably be the best bet.

He is replaced by James Sherman, who would do much of the same stuff that Taft went on to do, just now Roosevelt can paint it out that Sherman is dishonoring his fallen friends memory. T.R may also channel his possible guilt over Taft's death into this as he was the one to convince Taft to run in 08.

And Sherman wasn't the force that Taft was, and was slowly dying of a disease to make him even weaker.

IRL he dies in Oct, 1912, but the stress of the Presidency and a possible escalating situation in Mexico if Porfilio Diaz was also killed alongside Taft, could cause Sherman to die a few months earlier. Even if he doesn't I don't think he would seek a full term of his own, leaving the nomination open. And since the GOP hadn't split in two by 1909, Roosevelt could use his late friend as a martyr to get the nomination and presumably defeat Woodrow Wilson or whoever else the Dems select.

Unironically "In the Name of the Tsar" is my favourite name.

I'd like to note that Italy would fall to Socialism by 1936 given you effectively have a similar version of the Vittoria Mutilata, with most of the lands promised to Italy instead being held by the still-surviving Austrian empire.

America would be in an interesting place as Roosevelt would be free to pursue his New Nationalism agenda, which given his return to power after 4 years away could mean he gets most of it through, putting America in a much stronger position and fundamentally shifting the party dynamic. It's reasonable that by 1936 the Democrats have either died out or been relegated as a more progressive faction like the Socialist Party emerges as the rival to the GOP.

I've gotta be real, Loredad is so expertly tuned into what makes a good laternate history.

This divergence in the lore kind of created an amalgamation of Red Flood and Fight for the Fatherland. At least on the German front.

I really loved this mod, It was on the same level to me as Red Flood and Kaiseredux
It didnt even have that much content in it, I really loved it anyway, and I even think there were some problems with the german civil war, and I still loved it so much
So them completly abandoming it, kinda broke my heart, it was one of THE mods, for me, and I kinda want it back guys
I never modded in my life so please whoever can do it, grab a few friends and modders and please revive this awesome alt history scenario! Much love and respect if you guys do it <3
