I appreciate the tone and demeanor in the conversation.  It allows an armchair Youtube theologian like me to focus on the content better.

Such great comment from Pastor Wolfmueller, and you can see how Steven helped him come to such a succinct clarity on the Lutheran view: "The Holy Spirit communicates the Body to the Bread, and the Bread communicates the Body to the mouth, and faith is what receives the Word of Promise."

I think is IS this IS my body this IS my blood sums it up perfectly well.

Always enjoy Dr Wolfmueller and the discussions.

I think it’s hard to summarize the Anglican view because Anglicans don’t even agree with each other.

I am lcms.  The ex umc church in town called a acna trained pastor.  He’s slowing bring the liturgy back and weekly commuion. He’s trying to get them to join the acna.   Since this effects many of my friends and neighbors.
So I’ve been researching Anglican teaching.  Thanks your for this discussion.

You should have Sean Luke from Anglican Aesthetics on. He's pretty much the Tour De Force on sacramental theology in American Anglicanism.

I’m an Anglican in the ACNA. The particular parish that I attend shares space with an NALC Lutheran church. The Lutherans have a service in the morning, and the Anglicans have a service in the afternoon. We also have a combined service on Good Friday. This was a really interesting video highlighting some of the differences on the Anglican, and Lutheran view of Communion. Thanks for having this conversation/dialogue.

Please do more of these conversations with Steven W. 👍

Pr Wolfmueller, thanks for your words on John 6. Whenever I have made similar statements, I have been met with the opposition from younger brothers who insist this is Lord's Supper material.

Great presentation on the classical Anglican view by Wedgeworth.

Former Anglican here…I’m glad I’m a Lutheran now. As much as I respect the Anglican pastor in this interview, it has reinforced why we need closed communion and why we can’t give the lords body and blood to those who don’t share our faith.

"We don't even like ourselves." It's so true. 😌

Hey, I knew/know Steven Wedgeworth! He taught a class to me in high school!

The major problem with the Anglican view, is that it doesn't explain how you can eat and drink damnation unto yourself. Thanking God for the clear concise Biblical view of the Lutheran 💗

Thank yall!

Great video. Thank you!

Was waiting to here the Conversation on predestination difference

Hey Steven!  Wow, crazy connection here.  I've known Steven for almost 15 years.  In fact, we babysat his son while his wife gave birth to their daughter if I recall ha.  Great discussion guys, glad to have you Steven.

Very interesting.
