Love that you can still tell how genuinely excited Matt is in every video

As an old man of over 60 yrs now I gotta admit I was never really much of a fan of HD (I have ridden a Sportster though back in the last 80's). "I'd rather push a Harley than ride a Honda" being the motto of my day, as reliability was somewhat of an issue at the time.
I was a "crotch rocket" rider my whole life, with my '06 VFR 800 being the love of my life.

But after watching this channel for sometime now I have a whole new perspective, appreciation, and respect for these older Harley's. What an amazing machine, seemingly so simple mechanically yet so pragmatic.

Thank you 'Wheels Through Time' and especially to you Matt for giving me a whole new appreciation for these wonderful motorcycles.

New Carls cycle supply, pacific Mike and wheels through time videos in one day ?!  Old bikes rule.

Just watched some older videos a few hours ago and this day keeps getting better

This time, I'm joining the raffle and riding from Michigan for the party, come hell or high water.

Thanks guys. I was Jonesing in for a new wheel through time video.

Orange paint against that black frame would look amazing.

I like your "Hands on " way of talking about that engine. Like you can feel its soul. You are not gonna want to give that one up!

Coming for a visit early next month. Hope to see you and say hello.

OMG, BOT ATTACK!    I love to see a piece of history being reborn!

Regarding the holes in the frame, try stuffing foam earplugs into the holes then dig them out after painting and you have a clean hole.

Gray with black and silver accent colors!

So pleased you are back - I didn’t know you guys took a break - I did internet searches and everything to check how you all were 😂 welcome back❤

Ive been worried that yall wasn't coming back. So glad to see yall back.

Well, if I knew about this last year I would've bought tickets. With that said, the gold and black is by far my favorite.

Would never have guessed to bend a spring to prevent rattle🤠👍🏽

OMG!!! Thanks guys!!! I was starting to have withdrawals!!! LOL!!! She's gonna be a beauty!!!!! So exciting!!!

Thats amazing tolerances on those wheels. Well done!!

Put the squishy orange ear plugs in holes so paint don't get into them. Just a little trick my dad showed me. You can also put them under the battery nuts so they stay in place.

Should be a good looking bike Matt.  I agree with taking the engine apart for inspection, you never know what was done.  The good part is I can buy a ticket this year, I'll have a heated garage to keep it in.   Keep the good stuff coming.
