Goodness gracious, reading this headline just breaks an old timer's heart, back when I was just a young sprout our whole household used to gather round the glowing box every single week to watch Ward, June, Wally, and little Beaver Cleaver handle all those innocent neighborhood scrapes, and now realizing that dear Jerry Mathers is the last of that main family still standing just makes an old soul want to sit on the porch and shed a quiet tear for the golden days of television.
Leave it 2 beaver was one of the best shows of my childhood. Still today it's still watch it still today. I was a terrific show that put a huge smile on my face. IT was so funny about the way they put things. Eddie was a fun character and low down friend . Can't forget lumpy . The whole cast was wonderful. Those were the good ole days. ✝️✝️✝️🛐🛐🛐🆓💯🆓💯🆓💯
It is so bittersweet to see the Cleaver family in 2026. 69 years since the premiere and it’s truly wild to think that Jerry Mathers is the last one of the main family still with us. Seeing "The Beaver" today brings back so many memories, but it really hits hard to remember Tony Dow, Barbara Billingsley, and Hugh Beaumont are all gone now. A true end of an era for television!
It's truly bittersweet to see where life took the cast of Leave It to Beaver. Such an iconic show, but this video really highlights the human side behind those classic characters. Thank you for the research and for keeping their legacies alive
I'm 72years old now and I watched leave it to beaver frequently. Once I was sitting on the floor watching an episode and my mother came behind me and tapped me on the shoulder and said....that's not real life and I'm not June cleaver! Reality check and I believe that a lot of kids nowadays have a bad case of identity theft because they imitate television personalities and that's the new norm!
Ward Cleaver was the epitome of what a good father should be no matter what the color of the skin happens to be. My man!!!☆☆☆☆☆ God have mercy on all who are know longer here♡♡♡♡♡+
