I came for one clip and somehow stayed for the whole video. That says a lot. 😄

Every safety rule has a story. This video is all of them

When my brother and I were little (around 12) back in the 80's we had a 12ft John boat that we would knee board behind. The amount of times the driver was thrown overboard while a skiier was on the back of the rope was too high to count and absolutely hysterical!! We had an amazing childhood!!😂

I couldn’t stop watching. Some of these moments are absolutely amazing!

Sad seeing that Yacht get crushed at the beginning. I often wonder how the owner get on trying to get compensation for the damage done and the loss. I bet you have to already have insurance to have any hope of getting money out of a shipping company.

Just proves that money can buy a boat, but it definitely can't buy common sense

We had a 12ft aluminum boat that only was rated up to 12hp.  As kids about age 15 we thought lets mount the 40hp manual start and see how fast it will go.  I sat up in front facing backward, my cousin started the motor and we went really fast, the hull flexing in and out for about 15 seconds then the motor died.  This 40hp had NO in gear full throttle start safety.......so my cousin tried to start it again but pull starting while sitting on a bench seat wasn't working, so he stood up.  After 2 pulls the motor started FULL THROTTLE, he went out the back then the torque pinned the motor to a full right or left and the boat was spinning on it's own axis.  As it spun past my cousin he grabbed the bow, it kept spinning.  Now I had to carefully make my way to the back to turn the throttle off. I then got him back in the boat.  We were a short distance from his dock, so he made sure the throttle was low and it was in neutral started the motor again and that was the end of the day for us.  I still cannot believe that either of us didn't get hurt, or worse.

Great first vid 😮

Classic examples of more money than sense

Having enough money to buy a boat is only half the requirement.  The other half is having the brains to operate it.
I have a feeling we watched these same folks last winter trying and failing to negotiate their front porch.  🙂

Boating looks relaxing until you see how quickly everything can go wrong out there

The guy at 3:15 really untied the boat, forgot he was still standing in it, and then looked genuinely surprised at the outcome

Boat ramps seem to create some of the funniest moments on the internet.

I kept watching because every boat scene made me wonder what mistake would happen next.

Water skiing in small channel is forbidden everywhere in the world, guess why...?😊

Dont wake board in a main channel, esp when making wakes to big to pass safely
