The way he looks around to see if anyone is watching is so natural.  A fine actor.

To walk in a field on a summer afternoon with nothing in your pocket but a map, and some hope.  I would almost trade all my days for one such as this.

I know this movie saved hundreds or thousand of lives. It surely did mine.

I didn’t want this film to end.

Even though you've watched it one hundred times and know exactly what will happen. It still feels fresh each time.

There is something so timeless as walking through a field , be it an old man or a young child. We all walk in the same foot steps all our lives regardless of time.

The fact that Andy actually went to the spot he told Red about after he escaped and set this up, even AFTER escaping with all the money too, shows what a truly extraordinary human being Andy Dufresne was.   Truly.  ❤️ ✌️

The way Red’s lip quivers after reading Andy’s note fills my eyes with tears. It’s as if he realizes that having hope is what makes life meaningful
