I have lived in sohum norcal for over 50 years. I am blown away at your ability to rapidly and surgically remove  threats and wildfires so fast. It has come a long way. Thank you. Well done!!🙌🙏

Cal fire saved my house in murrieta!! ❤ love you guys!

I was thinking of becoming a wildland firefighter in Ontario , or BC in Canada after i graduate highschool.  but videos like this are very expiring to help people. and knowing how the climate is being I will likely end up in California at some point  if i chose that path

The CalFire guys and gals are awesome, and it feels like in the last 10 years CalFire has really kicked it up a notch.  I was in the US army decades ago, but the intensity of the CalFire crews in action is much more impressive than what I saw in the army.   And they're so humble!   I thanked a bunch of CalFire guys for working like caffeinated maniacs to put out a fire, and they were just totally chill about it - "it's our pleasure."

Totally bad ass, totally chill, totally California.  Respect!

Sweet video on NorCal cal fire.

Great video, very informative! We appreciate all the hard work from Cal Fire.

thanks

As people encroach on wildland they will have wildfires and if the brush is not removed, a will get burned. The Indians used to do it intentionally for the crops. They had wildfires for thousands of years , it's just now they don't want to contain them , they aren't doing things to prevent them they use to.

Thank thank thank all y'all in CALFire! Tubbs fire aka Coffey Park fire was residents scrambling leaning on Rob and Jos on Froggy 92.9 for wind direction, rate of speed and evacuation locations and big animal evacuation sites.
By the Kincade fire yall at CALFire had a support net of Nixel, livestreamed 7 am command plan of the day. And Watch Duty app popped up soon after.

Its an odd feeling feeling to feel reassured in a wildfire. But hey, you folks make it real.

In the Santa Cruz mountains, they have a fire station, Soquel Fire Station, that was being remodeled and has not been operational in 10 yrs. The democrat led the government in that area, which wants it to be another palisades.

I thought this was gonna be about the prescribed burn they just did by lake Solano that got outta hand and probably cost tax payers millions. Good job on that one fellas !!

Hey I’m on a S2T…

Cal Fire near one of the stations I know a bunch of they are so nice and they said I know a lot more than some other guys and that if I don’t do this job, they’ll be mad I will be good at it. I know so much about it I am friends with Paul, Weaver and Matt at Cal Fire FKU ST 72

Go Cal fire

I love cal fire

I would love to move my twin brother and our dogs out to California and join. How and where do I start?

Are you guys currently hiring wildland firefighters without a fire academy cert?

In November, we're going to get you a governor who will actually help you and not be the source of what you have to clean up. God speed friends. Prayers up for all of you.

God bless our firefighters!
