If I started a new game and spawned on the Sandbird, I just wouldn't even bother playing.

Pretty sure the reason why Yoshi dies when it goes into the water is because that's a fake paint Yoshi made by Bowser Jr (like a lot of enemies and bosses). When it dies you can see it turning into paint droplets. That was my theory when I used to play it as a kid considering Yoshi never had issue with water aside from this game.

Staring with the sand bird is diabolical.

Love the sudden realization that none of the buttons work at the start.

"Bro took 50 minutes to get through intro"

When you're so used to speedrunning you decide to slowrun the game instead for, quite literally, a change of pace.

"X Get" is a common phrase in Japan. It's obviously not proper English at all, but it can be used for practically anything.

Whoa, never would i imagine this would reach a Linkus video! Thank you so much for checking out my mod :D I remember the old days when you speedran the game and it is always fun to see people struggle with the muscle memory :) Very fun video

I am so used to "Shine get!" that I never realized it wasn't that way in all regions lol. (And I have played this game more than a handful of times)

Bruh 4 shadows 4 abilities not even 25 minutes into the run is definitely the babiest seed I've seen for this rando, wtf is linkus luck

20:42 I was totally expecting grab and throw to be two separate abilities and cause Linkus to lose his mind

glad linkus finally got fludd 16 minutes in

Definitely Baby Seed this time. I usually don’t say Baby Seed, but this is the closest to an actual Baby Seed I’ll probably ever say.

Starting on the sandbird is either the best or worst start there could have been.

"I no longer have to live in fear!... Just pain I guess..."

5:26
"time to fight mecha bowser hahahahaha"
"Nvm"
Killed me

"'Unlocked Spray Nozzle?' What does that mean?"
I wonder...

0:46 the worst spawn possible

Insane refresh pull

23:55 unrelated to the previous scene, but Linkus's possibly unintentional mimic of Mario's yelps in Sunshine is really funny
