EGO commercial was kind enough to let me have a on hands demo of their new commercial 30” mower! This is some early thoughts and first time usage on day 1. They also gave me a power bank and handheld blower (more on those later).

The price for this mower with 2 x 12 Ah batteries and 2 single chargers in Australia is $4299 or $2999 for the skin only. I'm considering one for my business, but will wait for a deal to come along closer to the start of the next mowing season (late Autumn here currently).

Looks great. I am interested in this model. Would like to see someone pull it apart so we can see the mechanicals. My guess is that its simpler/more straighforward to maintain over time vs a Toro/Exmark 30" but I need to see it to be sure.

Can you store it away like you do with the 25” Greenworks? I have the Greenworks 30” and it did take awhile to get used to the weight

Need to know what size batteries you have in it and how many yards it will cut. How big are the yards? Need to get a feel of how many hours it will last on a 1 man mowing crew. 4 hours then swap batteries? 3 hours? 5 hours? Would love some data. Of course 50%+ of your time is edging/trimming/blowing and driving around so I would love some real world numbers. Thanks
