20 years probation is probably something that her lawyers worked hard to get a deal on or else she would have been in jail a lot longer than what she got.

i think one of her friends called because she didnt steal something they wanted

I feel bad for the Subway manager; it sounds like he really tried to help her. 54:20 - "I worked hard for six years to dig you out of debt." This man spent his own personal money to help her. It sounds like they were friends at some point or maybe he was friends with her parents or something like that. Now corporate is going after him! This is someone she knew personally who stuck their neck out for her.

I can imagine it now, the first girl taking stuff from her workplace in a drink bottle gives an item to someone for Christmas "I know you've been wanting one of these. Merry Christmas, Oh, sorry I see they forgot to take the security tag off that"

Only the Lotto Tickets in the boxes to be sold to customers are activated by the manager, all other books are basically just pieces of paper til then.

I worked at subway back in 2008-2010. We got free meals for X amount of hours we worked, all the soda/beverages we wanted to drink during the shift and we could even refill it before heading home. I can also promise I have eaten WAAAAY too many cookies/cookie dough that I didn't pay for and I would be eating day old bread. Never got in trouble. Screwing over a subway is crazy to me.

Simon Whistler's rules of committing crime - #1 don't tell anybody. #2 don't write it down, #3 don't keep trophies like news paperclipping or items that the person owned.

Some stores will see you steal and let you, then start a profile on you, and once all of your stolen items add up to a certain amount, they will get you arrested.

7:40 in Florida a theft of $750 or more is classified as Grand Theft aka a felony. She probably brought some items back just in case of if she got caught, she wouldn't go down for Grand Theft which is like 5 to 30 years in prison.

There was a woman that worked at one of the local gas stations a few years ago where I live that pulled that same lottery theft thing as the lady in this video. She managed to steal over $10,000 worth of tickets (not $10k worth of winnings, just the tickets themselves) before she got caught. It's a small town so her whole reputation was utterly destroyed with that small town gossip routine. Barely ever see her in public anymore.

1:04:08 CJ!? Bro leave CJ out of this girl! 😭😂
He's living his best life in Grove street.

Lottery tickets are valid once scanned into inventory. They don't scan them after you buy them, only to check if it's a winner.

The owner gave her a chance and this is what he gets in return?!

Never bite the hand that feeds you.

5:45 The word you're looking for is 'Hoarding' or Hoarder, which means, someone who has a habit of buying things they don't need, gets stacked on top of a whole pile of other things they bought that they don't need or use.

@dillbill2A 8 months ago

Lots of places will catch you stealing and if they notice you do it again they will keep track of your theft until it reaches a certain point to become criminal. I know target does that.

Bruh the first video they watched reminded me at the 2nd week of my job with an employee getting fired for stealing over $16k worth of product in the span of a couple of years. I work at a Comic Book/Card Shop. Did not expect my 2nd week on the job to be like that. I don't know if they got arrested as I was clocking out for the day.

24:06 i was that guy, that klepto breaking into ppls houses at 14 just because i was curious and taking things i didnt need to have but life taught me some very important lessons that alot of ppl better off than i was are not getting, just to clarify i haven't taken anything in six years im 25 but everyday the thought of "if i just had that one particular thing in my life it would be better" goes though my head but alot of ppl have alot of different issues but its how we control it and conduct ourselves that make us and for me its that i want good and happy memories of me once I'm gone not the bad shit aleast give me that in the afterlife for my sins ive tried so desperately to atone for but my own self dignity will never let go of it

I am a security guard in australia so I don't know what the laws are like in the USA. We had a lady steal $1,500 worth of stuff in 3 days. She would come in and fill her trolley (shopping cart) up and walk out. i couldnt do anything because if I did and I hurt her i could get arrested or sued. It was so annoying. She would be stealing more than a day's wage in one go because she would rather spend he money on drugs instead of on herself and her kid. Then again, the store loses nothing because it gets it back in insurance, so there is no point in my stopping her anyway. But it gives the store an excuse to raise prices on things, which leads to the only people getting punished being the staff and the customers.
