I love the way music moves you. Unfortunately you are right, they don’t make music like this anymore! It’s nice to see youngsters going back to the gen of great music of all genres
Terror Squad is like GUnit. They were a crew before the fame. They're one of the few cliques that no one would attempt to rob. Those ricans aren't to be messed with. They will slash you in a heartbeat. Well back then they did. Buck 50's were a real thing. Joe has been in Hip Hop a very long time. He's connected to the roots of the culture. People can hate all they want but he was there putting in work for Hip Hop unlike the majority of artists today.
Born in 1986, i was in high school during this era. Man i miss the oversized jerseys, headbands, chains, baggy pants etc. The 2000's was something special, second favorite era after the 90's.
Seen an interview with Fat Joe and Remy and she said she wasn't suppose to be on the song. She basically bullied her way on it and Fat Joe liked the finished work.
YESSSSS 🔥🔥🔥🗽🗽🗽 We did NOT play with the beats and the bass! Bronx and Brooklyn raised ❤❤❤ we also disregard the rap today; forgettable garbage; I lived the birth of hip hop ❤
Yeah man, back when hip hop had crew. Terror squad, disturbing the peace, flipmode squad, g unit, boot camp click, roc la familia, murder inc., junior mafia, def squad, dungeon family. Man i miss those days.
Elder millennial here and in general millennial culture was really about socializing outside—house, street or beach parties, clubs, bars, and even school-hosted rave parties. I was only 13, and we were allowed to party at school until 1 AM! It felt like real clubbing, with bouncers, hand stamps, mocktails, and finger foods. It was so much fun.
Millennials were definitely partygoers. Since we started partying at a young age, it’s kind of a 360-degree shift now- We still love hanging out, but we’re more into home, wellness, fitness, good food, and chill gatherings. We can still hangout we’re just more selective about it now.
