It always surprises me how many bikes on this channel don't have regular cleaning.

I always look forward to these great videos! fascinating and calming.

8:29 We used to do that as well when we were kids in the early 90s. Greetings from Czech republic!

It's always a great day when you guys upload a video! Another fine job, done to perfection. 🧡

Great work. Good communication skills!!!!

Great service on a very cool bike, that would be an amazing entry level gravel bike for many people, despite it's age! Bravo chaps =)

Those blue touches really suit that paint job.

A trek 8.3 DS, that was my commuter bike for over 10 years! I bought mine new in 2013. A very nice riding bike, capable in a variety of conditions. Over the 10+ years, i probably ran through 3-5 chains, 1 cassette, 2 bottom brackets, 1 rear derailleur, 1 broken rear hub (i relaced the old spokes and rim onto a new hub and it still works), 1 set of head bearings, upgraded to a Brooks b67 saddle, and i installed hydraulic disc brakes with 4 piston calipers, 203 mm rotors. The bicycle still runs to this day.
Now that i have your grease stand on my bench with the 5 different lubricants, i look forward to keeping this bike on the road for another decade.

Great rebuild and tuned bike, you are great Bikespeeds, cheers !

Danke!

Long time without commenting! I used to owm a silver paint Trek DS 8.2 😢 they used to call it "hybrid". Great fun commuter bike. I now have several more dedicated bikes, and far less time to tinker and comment. Much love!

Lovely stuff chaps 🙏

Awesome work!

Fantastic job. Trek are nice bikes, hope you and Simon are keeping well.

Good job

Great video as always, thank you!

fabulous job 👏

Excellent video 🏆 🏆 🏆

I really enjoy your videos. An suggestion, maybe show with text on the video, the torque settings as an overlay everytime you show the use of the torque wrench. I know that will help me alot as a hobby mechanic to see :)

Another great watch 😎🚴💨
