"That is the meanest thing you've ever done to me!" 🤣Genuinely the funniest prank Che has ever pulled. My husband and I died laughing and I am writing this comment from beyond the grave.

Michael Che's April fool's prank is the worst nightmare for a comic and the best prank ever on a comic. Brutal.

The "YOU STINK!" definitely made Colin almost start sobbing. 😂

Michael Longfellow pulling off that scream completely deadpan has made me uncontrollably crack up every replay.

Don’t ever split these 2 guys up. This is comedy gold!

Michael punking Collin with the audience was pure genius 😂😂😂

Colin Jost is everyone's punching bag. Colin, you're taking one for the team and we appreciate you for it. A grateful nation thanks you for your service.

It pranked me too, because I was thinking, "Oof, this crowd is even worse than usual, where did they find these zombies?" Then they laugh at Che's jokes and I was like wait a minute here.

Weekend Update remains the funniest part of SNL and even easier to enjoy when it’s posted in it’s entirety. It’s so joyous watching them mess with other and crack up.

Che: “I like this crowd a lot”
Jost: flatly “Yeah me too” 😂

Marcello has been such a delightful addition to SNL.

This was truly the best April Fool's joke ever.

If you know the relationship between Che and Jost and you understand how serious comedians take people laughing at their jokes is you understand how truly diabolical that joke he played on his brother was. Give these two a movie together or something 😅😅😅

The cast pranking Colin Jost continues to be the funniest part of this entire show.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! ....That hurt like hell!" I spit out my water when Michael Longfellow delivered that with a smile!

Marcelo is just so handsome. That deep voice and Spanish English accent is so mesmerizing.

“You stink!” 🤣🤣🤣

Hands down, the best weekend update in ages. I couldn't breathe.

Ahhh, Weekend Update! Still the best part of SNL.

Edit: The fact that Jost was still pulling giggles despite the audiences best attempts to not laugh is impressive.
