Do you feel called to go deeper into the spirit realm? I'd be so honored to have you at my FREE masterclass, The Sacred Mysteries of Shamanic Journey, this Friday, October 23rd at 12 noon ET (replay available for a limited time) 👉https://learnshamanicjourney.com/freemasterclass

Which number were you drawn to: 1, 2, or 3? 💫 Tell me below, along with the ONE seed you're choosing to plant this New Moon. Sometimes saying it out loud is the first step to making it real. 🌱

Sending you so much love on your path. 💚

The places you been hurt is part of your path to destiny!

Loooove when Spirit randomly starts playing your videos when I need them most...
LOVE YOU, SOUL SISTAR 😅💕🙌💫🙏🏻✨️🪽💖

Normally I pick a number today. I did not and everything I heard was exactly what I talked about in my mentoring session a few hours ago and everything was confirmation. Thank you so much!

My big lessons now, reciprocity, equality, mutuality

7:50 freedom, authenticity, self-empowerment & new beginning…yup 😂 sounds about right
❤
All of them were impactful and resonant, and exactly the encouraging pick me up I needed.
We’re all in this together, although it feels lonely at times, it’s an illusion!

🙌❤️🙌
Thank you

Thank you Sarah ❤

Your soul has already outgrown this. Maybe the life you once wanted no longer feels right. Maybe the conversations that used to excite you now leave you feeling disconnected, or the relationships you once fought to maintain no longer align with the person you are becoming. Sometimes growth does not arrive as a dramatic revelation. Sometimes it begins as a quiet feeling that you can no longer live comfortably inside a version of yourself you have spent years trying to preserve. Something has changed, and the challenge is learning to recognize that change without immediately trying to return to what feels familiar.

The personal identity becomes attached to the person it has learned to be. It remembers the relationships, ambitions, habits and beliefs that once gave it a sense of belonging, and it assumes that because those things mattered before, they must continue to matter now. So when your priorities begin changing, the mind may respond with guilt. “Why don't I feel the same anymore? What if I'm making a mistake? What will people think if I choose a different direction?” But growth can mean recognizing that something which once served you no longer fits your life. You do not have to condemn your past to acknowledge that you have changed. The person you were then was responding to the understanding and circumstances available at that time.

From the perspective of God and infinite intelligence, existence is a continuous unfolding in which every experience influences what comes next. Your identity, preferences, relationships and understanding of yourself are constantly being shaped by new experiences. In spiritual language, you might describe this as your soul outgrowing a particular chapter of life. But you do not need to assume that every uncomfortable feeling is a divine instruction to leave something behind. Sometimes discomfort signals growth, and sometimes it signals fear, exhaustion or an unresolved problem that deserves attention. The deeper invitation is to become conscious enough to distinguish between what genuinely no longer serves you and what simply requires patience, courage or a different approach.

The practical shift begins when you stop forcing yourself to remain loyal to an outdated version of your identity. Ask yourself what you genuinely value now. Notice which relationships allow you to grow and which repeatedly require you to silence yourself. Examine whether your ambitions still reflect what matters to you or whether you are pursuing them because you have already invested so much of your life in them. You do not need to make every change immediately. You can have honest conversations, establish boundaries, learn new skills and take small steps toward a different direction. Growing beyond something does not always mean walking away from it. Sometimes it means changing how you relate to it, releasing an old expectation or finally allowing yourself to see the situation clearly.

Perhaps the deepest realization is that you are not required to remain the person your past taught you to be. Thoughts come and go. Desires come and go. Relationships, ambitions and entire chapters of life change. Even the identity that declares, “This is who I am,” is constantly evolving. Pure awareness remains present through every transformation. From the perspective of infinite intelligence, your life is not a fixed character that must repeat the same story forever. You can honor who you were without remaining who you were. You can appreciate what a chapter gave you without forcing it to continue. And you can move toward what feels more honest without needing to prove that your past was wrong. Sometimes the next stage of growth begins when you finally stop trying to fit into a life you have already begun to outgrow.

They all resonated deeply today.

When you said “think of a number” the time I saw was 20:02, so I chose 2 - the second message was EXACTLY what I’ve been doing, literally been paying SO MUCH attention to my dreams lately. They’ve revealed a surprising amount ❤

Hi Sarah, first off I want to thank you for your channel and you’re such a beautiful soul inside and out. 💞 I think I found your channel a year ago and I feel so blessed to have found you.💞 the number that resonated with me was number one and it actually matched up to what I’m going through completely. I feel so stuck, and I don’t know what to do anymore, and now it’s affecting my health so I know I need to do something. I have been praying every day. I’m going to sign up for your course on October 23rd.💞 thank you for all you do, and I love all of you on here…💞
