You really know how to transmit your knowledge to other, you take your time to explain every thing in the simplest way possible and your ability to show your work clearly into the camera is excellent as well.

Great video Steve! I've owned this plow since new (28 years) and never knew about the filter. Followed your clear instructions and now the plow lifts and angles again.

Loved your video. Just finished pulling my screenS out.
CAUTION: Some of you may have the model motor/ hydrolic reservoir that bolts from the bottom instead of the top like this man's video.
I just snapped 2 of the 3/16th bolts. Luckily it is held securely by the seal and 2 cross bolts that didn't strip. I recommend using extreme caution

I love this guy. Best part--it still didn't lift the plow. I'm troubleshooting the same MM1 plow. Going to try and change the motor. A new one was $50. After research, no idea how to tell if it needs a new pump or new motor. Others on here are saying it's a check valve. Others a solenoid/wire. I will note the Fisher service said this plow originally was spec'd for regular red transmission fluid, not the new Fisher blue fluid. That filter might collect water that the blue separates. The red transmission fluid tended to mix w water. Just a guess.

Your probably going to have same issues. Reason if you had water in your system you need to flush out the system all 3 pistons. Then brand new fisher oil. Thanks for the video

Very informative and easy to understand! Helped me fix my slow moving plow!

Thanks for the easy to understand lesson!
We needed it!

Thank you . I’m helping my brother tomorrow this helps

Thanks for you sharing the video grandpa, I have the problem right now!

Very informative  !  A suggestion though ..?   A pipe slipped over the socket wrench -handle , for additional leverage to loosen ..  I usually rock it a bit .... { left/right ..left right ... } and Then proceed ... Breaks it loose first . .

great video, thanks for the easy fix.

Ugh, you didn't show the oil fill process..!! I needed to see that! I just was given this plow, my first minute mount, same issue. Friend had new motor installed at plow shop, but doesn't work and when it eventually does it is slow and shutters to the left!! I assume same issue,  ,. But I don't know how u got the rest of the contaminated fluid out of system and then refilled it as well as removing air, and when it's full. But otherwise informative as to where the screen is.

Never saw any oil added ! ! ooops

Didn't that plow come with a decal saying change oil annually? Or did it fall off?

Well executed video, thank you.

When did you refill the tank after you basted it?

Did you refill the fluid? I never saw that part

How much oil !

Didn't you have to drain the fluid from the reservoir before doing the repair ?

When did you add oil lol

RUN IT UNDER HOT WATER AND DRY IT WITH A HAIR DRYING
