🎥 Patrick Guillemin & Pierre Folacci: the incredible story of an escape gone wrong and an unlikely friendship between a criminal and a cop.

🚁 The Baumettes Prison Escape: The Crazy Helicopter Plan
At Baumettes prison, Patrick meets a man determined to get out at any cost, and gives him his word. He then devises a daring plan: a helicopter escape. The operation turns into a tragedy: a chase, gunfire, injuries… Some will not survive.

🚔 The Hunt: An Elusive Criminal… Found Thanks to His Family.
Facing him is Pierre Folacci, a determined police officer with the BRB (Brigade de Répression du Banditisme – Organized Crime Unit), who patiently follows every lead. He finally finds Patrick, bringing an end to one of the most memorable escapes of his career.

🤝 From arrest to friendship… Moved by the plight of Patrick's children, placed in foster care after his arrest, Pierre visits them. This gesture deeply affects Patrick. Against all odds, a friendship blossoms. Years later, the cop becomes the best man at the criminal's wedding.

An extraordinary story, where violence, loyalty, a shattered destiny, and unexpected humanity intertwine.

🎙️ A rare, poignant, and almost novelistic account: when the criminal underworld collides with the police and two lives are forever changed.
