Not liked. Please do not ignore blunders. Even the lady IPS officer only focused on the permit & bribe. Whereas she should have mentioned a more serious crime in putting amale & female in a cell together.  Arrested women in India must be segregated from men and placed in a separate female lock-up or a separate room under Supreme Court guidelines established in the landmark case Sheela Barse v. State of Maharashtra (1983), supported by general police custody and human rights standards rather than a single explicit section number in a code book. It is a punishable offense.
