私は先日、彼氏さんに別れようと伝えました。ここ数ヶ月関係がギスギスしていて、最近はもう私が関係改善のために色々試行錯誤して伝えたつもりでもどんどん彼が心を閉ざしていくことに疲れてしまったからです。もうお互い十分頑張っただろうと思っていました。
しかし、本当に大切な人だったので、たくさん泣きもしたし、しばらくは失恋系の動画を見て自分を慰めていました。
その中で、モラハラ彼と別れた人のエピソード集のような動画もいくつか視聴しました。「彼はモラハラではなかったよなぁ」と思いながら流し見していると、だんだん「これはもしかして自分のことではないか？」と思い始めました。思い返してみると確かに私は最近、彼に対して嫌味のようなことをチクチクと言ったり、自分たちの関係改善のために見せかけて彼の性格を変えようとするようなことばかり言っていたように思います。つまり、私がモラハラで、それに対して彼は自分の心を守っていたのだろうと思いました。
気づいた時は本当に後悔しました。しかもよりによって、モラハラしていた自分が、ずっと諦めずに向き合おうとしていた彼を振ってしまったという事実が、とても恥ずかしいと思いました。本当に反省しています。
今度、うちにある彼の私物と彼が持っているうちの合鍵を交換しに行きます。そこで、心の底からの謝罪をして、復縁を申し込んでみようと思っています。
これから１ヶ月ほど彼は忙しいことがわかっているので、その間は自分からは連絡せず、その後相手がもし許してくれるなら、その時に再びゼロスタートで関係を始めさせていただくつもりです。
彼が今どう思っているかは分かりません。もう完全に冷め切って、吹っ切れてしまっているかもしれません。しかし、伝えることは伝えて、その上でもう無理ならそれを受け入れようと思っています。自業自得、仕方のないことなので。
緊張しますが頑張って伝えてきます。長々と自分語り失礼いたしました。
本当にありがとうございます、元カレとの関係を冷静に考えるきっかけになりました。
でもやっぱり今はできなくてもいつかしたいと思ってしまいます。2人とも好き同士で別れたので。
でもこれはなかなか復縁できる案件ではないですよね、、、。5ヶ月経っても全然前を向けません。他の人と恋するなんて無理！！彼がいい！ってなります😂
