Cutting agates with beautiful banding patterns is incredibly satisfying. Watch me slice open these geological specimens.
Focusing on the lapidary process, I am sectioning several rocks to see what lies inside. It is always a gamble, but the colorful inclusions and tight layers make the effort worthwhile.
After the initial cuts, I focus on rock polishing to bring out the final finish. Seeing the polished results helps me understand the quality of the material and appreciate the natural beauty preserved in each piece.
