I am in the defense and aerospace industry and have been involved in the assembly of micro electronics for almost 30 years. I can tell you that the statement "wires are never used within the ceramic body" is false. Nearly every connection from a chip to the thick film circuit board has a very tiny gold wire usually .001" or .002"  in thickness making the connection. Usually there is a lid/cover that's seam welded covering the internals of the ceramic header. Not sure if this is a mistake or not but I just thought I would clear that up. But this is a great video though thank you for taking your time to make it.
