the fact that you acknowledged that Ivan's actions were selfish and hurtful while also understanding that it wasnt clear-cut sexual assault??? oh you KNOW alien stage

Thank you so much for portraying their feelings and toughts about Ivan and the "kiss". Some people don't understand that it wasn't consensual, but Ivan did it anyway because he had no other way to express his love for Till in his last minutes. It's still awful tho... 😭

11:23 I’m REALLY glad you handled this scene with care. Most reactions either make it a ship-moment/sexualize it or blatantly ignore the assault because Ivan is sacrificing himself so we should “feel bad.”

Not saying this makes Ivan a despicable person (especially considering their circumstances and his non-malicious reasoning as to WHY he kissed Till), but I like how you didn’t just move on from this.

Not you pointing out that NOBODY THERE is anywhere close to being mentally stable or even aware of what that would be.
It's a fuc*ed up situation and wowww you dealed that pretty well and the reactions and thought process were awesome

Oh this is way too underrated for the amount of likes like seriously you don’t miss a lot of the important details and human parts of alien stage or important parts of their characters it’s so refreshing 🥹🥹🥹🌹

0:44 yk they understood the assignment when tills getting an existential crisis less then a minute in

oml bro i’m so glad you acknowledge ivan (and most of the cast) as morally gray characters i feel like people like to add black and white morals to the alien stage characters when that’s is just not possible coming from their universe, a lot of unsavory scenes and actions come from not understanding and/or selfishness it’s like half of the fandom didn’t even watch karma bro 😭

12:18 I like this.... I like how you showed both the intent and the result. Ivan did not have I'll intent, and this is a consequence of the aliens, but it still hurt Till. I really like this

@angelinacazarez7550 7 months ago

for part 3 when you show that till lives can you show them that till understood his feelings for ivan that it was love for ivan but he was too late to realize that love.

We'll see each other again in three months. I loved the video and especially the character portrayals.

Okay first of all..I LOVED THIS SO MUCH! I loved how you added a bit for the Ivan kissing Till without consent, and how Maomao explained how they would've seen it. I feel like that was such good detail and something so many people skip over. I'm so excited for the last part! Will you include the "scars" comics?? Anyways This was so good !!!!!!!!! ( ´ ▽ ` )

Normally I love complex characters but for me sexual assault is a very sore subject for me. So while I recognize that their world is different so the things acceptable are different as well, the kiss has always put me off from shipping it. The suddenness and the way Till is trying to get away haunts me and the way he isn’t able to properly process what happens to him before Ivan dies makes it feel like Till can never truly hold Ivan accountable because of the guilt. I genuinely have to take a break usually when I see the kiss in a reaction and Till gets blushy. So I applaud you for handling this issue better than I’ve seen in a reaction with Till before.
