As far a BB shooting goes I can't think of anything that is more fun than this! The Marlin rifle and pistol go together so well to provide plinking fun both inside and out without having to becoming an outlaw and robbing the local bank for the pleasure!.........Being a bit of a Cowboy has never been easier!....By the way this Marlin rifle has a wooden not plastic stock!

I really wish the wood stock version was more readily available. They are basically impossible to find in the states.

Have you had any problems with rear stock being loosened? I have problem with new rifle. It was loose from the beginning making the rifle basicly unuseful.

i have the wood version its ok the only thing i dont like about the gun is the big round ugly front sight .but its so much better than the boring annie oakly and lil duke that other companies make .and im very tired of the worn out ran into the ground boring red ryder yes its a iconic air rifle made for children .whats sad is daisy wont redo the 1894 or the 179 and if they did it would probably be plastic garbage .you would think daisy would want to make money but no they dont seem to care what people want or what would sell they just keep running the redy ryder into the ground .the good old daisy days are long gone .seems all the spring powered guns are for small children not even teens or adults .i like shooting my red ryder and marlin but always wish it was a 1894 .i think i will buy a 1894 rebuilt since daisy wont make one .it would sell out and they dont want that lol .i like the barra and umarex but get tired of always dealing with the co2s i wonder if they could make a good spring powered replica that could take shells and be a true replica just a thought thanks for the video and letting me vent .
