The 2026 Cult Pens Harlequin Red Edition Stationery Advent Calendar costs £100, a £5 increase on last year's Turquoise Edition.

This year's calendar has a striking Harlequin theme and is once again packed with a variety of pens, pencils and stationery accessories. But what do you actually get for £100, and is it good value for 24 days of stationery surprises?

Yeah, well I won't be getting that one either. I appreciate that it's worth over double the cost but too many of the gifts were disappointing. I'd rather have more mid-cost items than one wow item and a handful of erasers and pencils. Oh, and three paperclips 🤣

Three paper clips. Wow. They give one away for free with each order. That's just taking the piss.

I love your videos ❤ I look forward to you opening stationery advent calendars the most. I completely agree with your sentiment about this year Cult Pens not hitting the mark like they usually do and your opinion on the Cult Pens x Esterbrook fountain pen. Completely agree, I wouldn’t have bought that myself, limited edition or not. Poor show! I mean looking at pencils, plastic sharpener and rubbers? Abysmal really!!! You really made me laugh when you said, “please don’t be a pencil”!!! 😄😄

I love the idea of stationery advent calendars, and maybe the prices add up to more of a value, BUT - basic pencils and ballpoint pens in colors I don’t use, one random colored pencil, three papr clips - it just doesn’t seem “worth it” to me. Thanks for saving me the money!

I saw another unboxing and thought of you when I saw that final pen! LOL. The one in this box has a red accent rather than green, though which I think is prettier.

Pen stores box is also better and cheaper

I went to order one of these a couple weeks ago, and it charged me tax and almost $40 for something called "duties"! A $117 calendar was $188! What are duties???? We don't have that in the US!
