That Saturn trick with the DI was one of the best I've seen yet. Truly the hot sauce of mixing plugins

If you’d told me in 2008 that Vildhjarta would be not only relevant, but very influential 15 years later, I’d have thought you were nuts.

You NEED to turn this into a full song! I absolutely love it!

Man, that saturn before the amp made a HUGE difference! Also: thall.

I'm a simple man, I see the thall, I must have the thall

The whammy has a really aggressive high cut filter to mask the digital artifacts it introduces

The Elden Ring edit as introduction to the video was clean AF

I showed a non-metalhead friend I have a thall song. Presumably due to the bends, they called it "weewoo music." That stuck with me 😂

that trick with Saturn on the DI is sick.. I love how much clarity of that pick attack it's getting for sure. you cracked me up with sample of the room next door.

Dude... THALL + Elden Ring + Power Drill!! is it possible to not be PERFECT??

Thank you for these videos, Nick! Helps me so muuuch when I feel uninspired and lost. You are awesome

The Elden Ring reference was amazing. I CANNOT wait for the DLC.

EQ’d DI is a game changer for non-commercial studios

The sample thing is SO REAL LMAO I’ll be making the song and be like “wait this annoying fridge actually goes so hard”

1:35 that is sinister as fk love it

Bro the Elden Ring item overlay had me dying. 😂
