1/2 oz fresh ginger
1.3 oz coarse gochugaru (Korean red chili powder)
1 oz cooked white rice
1.5 oz raw shrimp, peeled and head removed
2 tsp cheong-ju (Korean rice wine)
1/2 cup shrimp stock (made with shrimp trimmings, 2 whole jumbo shrimps, 1 small piece of dashima)
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 – 1 tsp fine sea salt
