The problem is the food sitting out too long, you mentioned not enough people to keep the buffet fresh. If they cut the price in half, they may have the crowds they used to have.

I'll pass here. They should pay you 75.00 for pain and suffering.

The $20 dollar buffet at Golden Corral puts this to shame.

I haven’t been to Bellagio buffet since pre covid, and it was pretty decent back then. I can safely say that after seeing this I’ll never go back again.

I’d love to see you do a full review of Circus Circus — not just the buffet, but the entire hotel experience. It has such a unique personality, and I think your style of reviews would make it really fun and informative.

Imagine losing on slots and then having to eat those ribs

What strikes me is the overall sloppiness of each station. There is no excuse when you’re not busy to have all that splatter and schmutz !

$75? No way is it worth that. There used to be freshly-made sushi, where you could get it made right in front of you. The servers would bring you refills of your drinks, no self-service garbage. Honestly, this looks worse than Harrah's old buffet and even Luxor's buffet before Covid.

This buffet looks like a planned sabotage by MGM to justify closing it.

The Bellagio was my favorite Las Vegas buffet for many years. What a shame.

I think you should try the Circus Circus buffet .

I have been going to Wicked Spoon at Cosmo for the last 4-5 years when staying at Bellagio, much better for the money. I would say it's still not great but convenient and more comfortable to me than Bellagio buffet.

Jordan, thanks for taking one for the team. We've been to the Bellagio buffet way back around 2003, was great back then.

Crazy to see what they're trying to get away with in 2025. Just sad, only a couple items looked worthy of a premium buffet. I guess it's only premium in price now.

I'll go to the Rampart buffet at the JW Marriot, half the price and everything is very good.

Look forward to your Circus Circus buffet 😅

Agreed about the Bellagio Buffet. Pricing has skyrocketed while quality has gone down. I typically stay at the Bellagio, but go to Wicked Spoon (Cosmopolitan) for buffet.

As a local I will confirm - since 2020 Bellagio Buffet has sucked. Before that it was hit & miss. We call it a Tourist Trap. Bellagio is good for watching - watch the fountain and watch the chocolate (once).

The salad bar looks terrible, worse than Sizzler. I see they use the cheapest kind of shrimp you can possibly buy and I'd be careful with those raw tuna when it's sitting out with people going through them. one bad move and you'll be sitting in the commode for days.
